But, then they never showed up. I tried calling with no answer. I left a voicemail and they didn't call back. I messaged them on yelp and it took them some time to respond. They said that the reason they didn't get back to me was because they weren't in the office. However, I believe that if you have a service scheduled and the employee/technician is unable to show up that the customer should be contacted prior to the scheduled service regardless, if someone is in the office or not. The customer should not be kept waiting and wondering if someone is going to arrive.

I contacted Steve via text and via e-mail very courteously to fulfill the requirement of the warranty on a few rose bushes his team planted for me at our main home that never grew. Four of the ones that he planted for us died. He responded and scheduled a time to come and replace them. On the day he scheduled to come, he called and said that the roses were not in stock and would be the following Monday. I never heard from him the following Monday. His team them abruptly scheduled a date and time to come to plant something that I received via e-mail and didn't know on that date and time either, which was a Sunday afternoon. I kindly parked with flags the plants that needed to be replaced under the warranty from an over $1000 purchase I made on plants. The communication is subpar and I fear they do not want to fulfill the stipulations of the warranty on plants. Beware of this type of interaction and any promise they make on warranty fulfillment when you purchase services from this company.
