Jack was on-site during the entire two-day installation, supervising and guiding his three-person crew. The crew clearly enjoyed working together and took pride in what they were doing. They were efficient, polite and kept the job-site tidy. The plants were all hand-selected and Florida-grown - all healthy and robust. The project was done on schedule and for the agreed-to price. Two separate key (to me) points: - they take Zelle (no 3% add on and no fiddling with checks) - they were going to be late and texted, provided an ETA, and texted when they were on their way.
