I feel like we were more than gracious when the quartz countertop for the bar was put in wrong, because NO ONE from Colonel was there when it was installed incorrectly. We figured out a solution (not ideal, but ok) so they would not have to redo the entire bar. The crew left a ditch witch behind my garage door over a weekend, along with boards and open paint that I actually backed over more than once. Sloppy, no respect for our property whatsoever. After less than a year the patio pavers needed attention once again. My husband and myself texted the owner and crickets...we had to hire a different company to come and repair it. We had high hopes, but really disappointed.

I am VERY particular with my landscaping and spent several weeks designing exactly what I wanted. Most of the time, things just don't turn out like I imagined them to be but our landscaping turned out even BETTER than what I was hoping. Josh (Owner) and Ben (Manager) were amazing in helping us to choose the right tree/shrub for the location to ensure enough sunlight or shade. I wanted the big giant rocks and he was very careful in choosing the ones I wanted because he knew "the look" I was going for and he nailed it. They are perfect and are perfectly placed. After the install, Josh stopped in when we were out of town to make sure everything looked ok. It has been 3 weeks or so since the install and we noticed our dogwood was under a lot of stress so we called Josh. He came out and figured out that the tree was getting too much water and needed to be replanted in an area not so susceptible to water retention. So tomorrow he is sending a couple guys over to replant the trees. He stands behind his work, is a great person to work with and has an amazing business that we want to tell everyone about. Got an invoice, my credit card was charged - all set (or so I thought.) We agreed the snow removal service would be by 1/6/2025. When he was a no-show, I called Devon on 1/7. He said he lost my phone number and said he'd do it on 1/8. Again there was a no show / no call. I called on 1/9 to cancel and asked for a refund. No callback and no refund showed up. I called again on 1/13 to ask for a refund again - no communication. I wound up having to shovel my mom's driveway myself - just 3 weeks after hip replacement surgery. Feels like this person just took my money and ran. My credit card is currently disputing this charge. I would not trust this company.
