Ask Dee G. who called who first. Secondly, why didn't you submit the photos to your insurance company? They were sent to you by us. You had them, why didn't you submit them? After all it is your claim. Thirdly, the rental contract states that you agree to be financially responsible for any and all damages. This is clearly breach of contract. Finally, your insurance representative stated that they will not issue our company a check for damages because you told them we kept your deposit, which the deposit was not enough to cover the damages. They only issue a check to you, therefore, it seems as if you are collecting and not paying for the damages caused by your employee. Wouldn't it be better business practice to make it right with a supplier than have this on your reputaion? This company rented equipment for a job they had at a local Wal Mart in Findlay, Ohio. They damaged the equipment and are refusing to pay the remaining balance of $680.35. Just a warning to other equipment rentals across the states.

The new fireplace brightens the room tremendously- they replaced the hearth and gave our mantle a much needed update. They prepped our hardwood flooring to prevent damage and cleaned up nicely when done, even dusting a few pieces of furniture before they left. Neal was very responsive to our texts and messages, as was Robert throughout the entire project. Robert communicated with us regularly when we weren't home while they worked. He kept telling us he was going to come, but never showed up. Every time he told us he would be there I had to move my patio furniture inside my basement along with all of my potted plants. I moved everything a total of three times before he finally showed up. When our management company called him and asked him why he wasn't coming. He said it was because he ran out of money and had to wait till he got paid on another job. The job was finished around the end of September. It is now January 26 and I looked out on my patio after I shoveled snow off of it and there's a 4 foot hairline crack all the way across it. For all I know there are cracks in other places also but I can't tell because there's so much snow packed on the concrete right now. When I texted him to let him know what had happened he said that could happen and not to worry because there's a mesh holding it together. From everything I read online the concrete had too much water in it when they poured it and that's why it cracked. He never offered to repair it and there is no warranty. I also asked for a lien waiver, which took him three months to get to me because he said his wife got rid of his printer. Will never use this company again. Tammy P.
