There are shards of glass in the topsoil which we have to find to protect the dog. The reseeding of damaged areas is sporadic and sparse. The new walkway is tipped toward the house and now the basement is flooded. The planting beds are horrible with debris buried under the fabric-which we discovered as we are trying to make them look better. The owner was insistent on getting a check immediately probably so we wouldn't keep complaining. We have resigned ourselves to fix all the problems ourselves and are spending a lot of money to try to make this look nicer. If we wanted it to look like a bunch of drunk amateurs did it, we could have saved the money. Cuz, it certainly looks like a bunch of drunk amateurs did it.

Extremely disappointed in my services from Rycoe. I reached out to them about landscaping and Ryan came out to take a look at what needed to be done so he could give us a quote. I was very specific about what I needed done and it was listed in a breakdown on the invoice perfectly. It took a while for the guys to come out, but I waited patiently anticipating the final product. The end result came out great until weeds started popping up everywhere. My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all.
