There were THREE sales associates working...or should I say standing around talking to each other very loudly i might add. Not ONE of them said anything to me the whole time we were in the store, which was about 10 to 15 minutes. I know they saw me. Not a hello, welcome in, can I help you find anything, NOTHING. It was so rude and horrible customer service. Torrid is very overpriced, so if you have customers in the store, how about trying to make it a good experience. They didnt even say bye when we left. Keep in mind, I have worked for two other big retailers with a way bigger and busier client base, and I still manage to help as many customers as I can. So disappointing.
