But after going to several professional outings, and never being able to find the right dress when the time is near, I've been led me to Express to peruse for the perfect ensemble while I have the time to look. I ended up buying 4 dresses and originally I was only going to buy 2, but one of the sales people told me to check online for a coupon and that I could use it on my purchase today. All the sales people were really helpful and professional, and thanks to Mr. Coupon I left very satisfied with 4 dresses instead of 2. Pretty much one can never go wrong with dresses and jeans from here. I've had tops in the past, and while most are pretty and well made, I'm not a fan of their regular tees, they fit really awkwardly. I will definitely be back, maybe even later today, because I do need a new pair of jeans too.

I left and called their customer service line and the operator said, "We've had issues at this location with Mgmt. I will refund your money and notify a Regional Mngr." Super weird; if you know the staff is causing problems why haven't you fired them? There are a lot of people looking for jobs right now, it wouldn't be hard to find new Customer Service staff. However, this was the closest location for LL Bean so I gave it a shot. This store is much larger than I expected, but the staff were very kind and helpful. I had never been to an LL Bean before so it was a tad overwhelming trying to find the exact pants I was searching for on my own. I was thankful for the help, and also for not judging me based on my size. As a bigger gal, these kind of outfitters are not always friendly to the plus sized crowd. However, the gentleman assured me that whatever wasn't available in my size or color preference in store could be ordered as long as it's in stock. The clothes are a little pricier than what I'm used to. I rarely buy clothes, but when I do it's on sale at a big box store so I know I'm not always getting quality stuff. I will say that everything I tried on actually fit well so shopping here wasn't the usual painful experience for me. I found the pants I was looking for, tried on a variety of others just to make sure I liked the ones I wanted, and was happy with my decision and overall experience. Honestly, I might go back to get a sweater that I fell in love with but don't really need. But it was sooooo soft and comfortable. Well, we'd both be underestimating this store. Before Christmas I needed a red dinner jacket to play an updated Santa. I found nothing at any other retailer here or in Chicago. Until I tried Men's Wearhouse. The really helpful staff showed me just what I needed. While they didn't have my size in stock, they did have my size in a different color so I could avoid ordering the wrong fit. Super patient, helpful, and gave honest (requested) feedback on fit, wash, etc. She was funny, personable and professional. Above and beyond what could be anticipated. As we were leaving, CJ introduced himself as the manager and we were so happy to sing praises for Karina to him.
