Decent store. Location is in a strip mall so easy to park and walk directly into the store. Store was well organized. I was able to approach the counter and ask for assistance. They do free bra fittings here. If you're lucky you'll visit when there's a sell going on. Selection is vast from clothing to undergarments. The value is worth it. You pay for what you get here. I am VERY dissappointed with my recent purchase from Lane Bryant (LB). First off, I have bought bras and panties from LB for years. I have a larger bust size, and they always have a nice selection of comfortable and flattering bras. I recently shopped on line due to an awesome sale, but apparently made a mistake of using my PayPal for purchase. After spending over $200, one of the bras was a complete NO! I drove the hour to my nearest LB store, and was only offered store credit. No refund back to the original form of payment, PayPal, or the credit card associated. I am living on Social Security, and don't need store credit sitting and waiting for me to forget about it or die before getting to use it. It's December and really don't need this headache. After spending 2 hours in heavy traffic both ways I am fed up and will not not ever shop there again. The employee was fine, and I know she was only doing her job with the tools she was provided. I was in CS for 35 years and get it. My issue is with Lane Bryant's in store return policy for the on line order. I got a printed receipt stapled to the original invoice which is 9x11, and I am expected to produce this when using in store, OH YES, STORE CREDIT ISNT GOOD ONLINE. I AM NOT DRIVING AN HOUR, WHICH I AM SURE LANE BRYANT IS HOPING! KEEP MY CASH AND HOPING I WILL MOVE ON. Rediculous!!! I will going back to JCPenney from now on! I'd like to touch on the good things first. The location was nice with ample parking and easy access. The store was easy to find. Walking in, the store was laid out well, spacious, and clean. The fitting rooms were plenty and clean as well, which I do love. There were clear markings between the sections and what's labeled as a sale and which sizes are where. The poor rating is for the three women working at the store when I walked in. I was the only one in at first so it wasn't a matter of too many customers and everyone's attention being directed elsewhere. When I walked in, a woman near the door said hello. I said hi back. She didn't ask me what I was looking for or if I needed help. I literally said: "So what do you have going on here today?" in terms of sales and specials. She pointed out three things and continued on her way. It was my very first time at this store so I kind of meandered around and tried to find things on my own while two other women stood at the counter. One was helping someone check out at that point, which was fine. I've had really good experiences with customer service, which is a big thing for me. Here, I had to keep asking for help in different ways...almost like having to pull the information out little by little instead of it being a natural part of the shopping experience. I'm not sure if that makes sense as I've worked in retail before and I wasn't expecting anything out of this world, but I was hoping for a little effort for sure. I doubt I'll be back. read more

This store wins the prize for most incredible advertising gimmicks! 1.Buy one get the second one for $15. 2. Earn "real Woman dollars," for every $100 you spend 3. Buy one get one They basically target the bigger woman and take advantage of them by quadrupling in price. I shop here because I can afford to. I just know not all can afford their clothing. It's ridiculous! $79 for a pair of jeans. $200 for bathing suits. Two pair of plain Jane socks for $8.75 I get to the register and the cashier says, "If you chose one more item for $6, you'll earn another real woman certificate." They will always try to pressure you into buying one more item. The older women at this store and in Temecula are pushy. I feel like they use car salesmen like techniques to get you to buy more. While I need some of their stuff I won't be bullied into buying and In fact can buy another brand in the mall and on the Military based called STYLE AND CO. (I believe is a Liz Claiborne line) Just as good and classy. Lane Bryant needs to start with reasonable prices and knock it off with all the gimmicks. It's so old. I hate their games with pricing. Customer service is vitally important to any business and providing service to customers should not be selective. My best friend (visiting from FL) and I visited the store on June 19, 2024 and Cheyenne one of the representatives was very helpful in getting us measured. She pointed out where the sale items were located within the store. She was very kind getting us rooms so that we can try on our selections. I called out to her once, and she assisted me. My girlfriend got a little frustrated because no one came to check on her. I only purchase bras and matching panties from Lane Bryant. Due to weight loss, we were both between sizes. Nothing worked for my best friend so she came to find out how I was doing. I needed help finding different Sizes. She became the representative (my girlfriend) for me and started bringing me bras back-and-forth. After finding some matching underwear. we proceeded to the checkout where I handed my items to the cashier. She addressed us as you guys (rude) as if we were a couple sharing the cost or items. Even if we were, the response to the items given to her from me should have been,,, Are you paying for this cash or credit card and would you like to apply for a Lane Bryant credit card today? My response would have been. I do have a Lane B card etc. my intent was to purchase more items, but due to the lack of concern for customers and their needs, I couldn't wait to get out. No one ever knows a customer status and therefore should be treated with respect, priority, dignity, and integrity. Customers should never spend more than 5 to 10 minutes by themselves trying on more than 5 items without an associate assisting. read more

Over priced themselves right out of me doing business with them. Quality of clothing is no better than jcpenny or anyone else for that matter. Customer service is no better. All the ladies huddle around the register and complain about other employees, employee policies, hours etc etc. what I can get at Macy's for $45-50 is $70-80 here. And Macy's has a far better selection and style... even for us girls who have junk in our trunk. There is literally nothing to see here at LB... Today was my last walk-thru of this store. It's inevitable they will out-price themselves clean out a business. We full figured woman have got to stop putting up with clothes that don't flatter our body type... Personally, I'm now boycotting this blasted, useless, over-priced, crappy service hole in the wall. read more

This store isn't bad. Their selection is not as great as other LBs, but it's also a smaller store. I used to come here all the time, but stopped because I don't like Jeannie, one of the managers. I swear to god, she thinks I'm going to rob them every time I come in. Like, seriously, I do most of my purchasing online (better deals) and end up returning a few items here and there because they look boxy. Every single time I come in with returns, she all but snatches them from my hands. Then, she makes me pull out my card, ID, receipt, and asks me when I purchased the items. I don't receive that treatment at ANY other store. Most times, my receipt and card are all that's needed. What am I going to do? Steal someone's LB order, then use their card to return it? Oh, and she's always overbearing when trying to get me to purchase items instead of getting a refund. Umm, no thanks! The girl with the dark hair who's pregnant is very nice. The young lady that helped me Linsey was the sweetest most charming little thing. She got me SUCH a good deal I saved over seventy dollars because of her. She was absolutely wonderful. The store is nice, I didn't look around much because I was only there for a bra but what I did see was pretty. I went there for one bra and left with two and a really cute pair of sunglasses. I loved everything about my experience there, entirely because of the sales girl. She was so good I tracked her manager down to tell her how great she is. read more

I've been wearing bra's for 60 years not and besides comfort being made well is next on my list. While I wasn't always able to replace my bras because of lack of funds I have had bras last YEARS from Lane Bryant. I just got 4 new bra's to replace the ones I bought in 2015. Lane Bryant merchandise, in general, has gone down in quality in the last few years. I've always purchased my bras from Lane Bryant/Cacique but most recently they don't last more than a month without a wire breaking, strap coming unsewn, etc. Today I visited the Menifee location in hopes of finding a new style that may hold up better. When asked if I wanted a fitting, I accepted. The cashier, Sara, told me I had chosen the wrong size and would come back with the right size for me. I waited ten minutes, nothing. I decided to try on the five bras, two sports bras, and two pairs of pants I had picked out, and she still had not returned with the proper sized bras. I went to the register to purchase my pants and Sara asked if everything worked out okay. I told her no, since I came in to buy bras but she never brought the ones she promised. Her response was "oh sorry." A few minutes later she asked if I wanted her to get the bras for me now. At that point I had no time remaining and declined. The customer service in this store needs a major overhaul. read more

This is my third time visiting this location. They usually have everything advertised in stock. Once you find someone......all of the women working here are nice and helpful. They will answer any questions you have and they always help you to find your size. They are always willing to help you put an outfit together. Excellent customer service. read more

.With so many employees in the store you would think morale would be better. No smiles? No greeting? Total attitude and lack of attentiveness. My daughter and I were mis-sized by this store and have been struggling with bras ever since. Yesterday, fed up, I measured us myself and found that the LB employee was several cup sizes off. When we went into the store they were having a door buster sale. When I asked about pricing on some items I was given the wrong info. These ladies did not seem to know much about the sale and we were told the bra in my hand was regular price and the sale merchandise was mixed in all over the store. I would just have to look through it. That was not the case. All of the bras were on sale. The one in my hand was marked down 50%. I almost put it back. How do you not know what's on sale? We had to repeatedly go back and ask for assistance. They weren't paying any attention to us. The smaller sizes were way up high. When I mentioned that it was difficult to reach I was met with a blank stare. Really? I bought our merchandise and got out of there. I asked my daughter if she thought I had an attitude with them, she said no, they just seemed like they didn't want to be there. read more

I'm not saying that they have the worst customer service, but they definitely don't match the level of the other stores. I'm comparing this store to the other stores I have visited in the past. I worked for Lane Bryant during during my college days. Lane Bryant is more towards the higher end, therefore customer service is extremely important. You're supposed to greet, help, check on customers and ask if they need a different size (just to name a few). Selection was minimal, and the employees were "hovering." I was greeted by an employee but seemed to judge me based on how big my purse size was... like the thought was "ok, what's the likelihood of this person going to pocket an item?" Mind you I was the only customer and for good reason. I tried on a dress, it didn't fit right, I come out and the lady asks how I liked it, I mentioned that it ended up not being for me. She looked like I offended her dog and mother. As I said thanks for letting me walk around, heading towards the door, I felt like I both sets of eyes of the 2 people in that store were watching me like hawks. Overall, it was just an awkward experience. The reason for my 2 stars is that, when I went in, the store was at least clean and not chaotic. I have no desire to go back though... the customer service needs to be less judgmental and treat me like a potential paying customer. read more

i love lane bryant when i can afford it! it's definitely my go to when i have a little extra money to spend. but it's a hit or miss with the customer service here (only here). today i called to ask about an order i placed online while in the menifee location. i wanted to check on the status. when i called, the lady who answered was very rude. seemed a bit fustrated to answer my call. then i told her i wanted to check on the status of my order. she said ok hold on but never asked for any of my info. i heard her talking to someone in the background about french fries and chipotle while i stayed on hold. i got fustrated holding forever so i hung up. i tried calling back 6-7 times after and no body answered. seems as if they were doing it on purpose. i called the temecula location and they called the menifee location to check on it for me and they answered her call and she called me back right after to tell me the status. read more
