There has been lights out in their level one bed for over two years, have complained and asked if they are going to replace them multiple times they just ignore me or give me a free upgrade, but I'm sick of having a line going down my body when they don't feel like giving me a free upgrade. Do you guys ever plan on replacing those bulbs or should I stop wasting my money coming here?? Almost every bed has lights out. It's frustrating being a customer here I'd find somewhere else if you have other options read more

LOVED coming here for an airbrush tan for my wedding! I came for a "trial" too for my bachelorette party & I felt so good all weekend! I was in the pool for hours with my tan and it still lasted like 2 weeks! I looked (and felt) SO GOOD on my wedding day & once again my tan lasted wayyyyy longer than expected. Since I moved away, the more I realize this is the best spray tan you'll ever receive. Very reasonable price for the amazing service you get. The tan is absolutely gorgeous and lasts for the full 10 days if you moisturize and take care of it. Amazing customer service, you don't feel awkward and the care is very easy. Had a great "Express" tan a couple of weeks ago before my husband's Xmas party. Turned out gorgeous, but didn't last as long as I had hoped. Kandis went to great lengths to ensure that she could see me in time for my event and have the proper mixture on hand for a much-needed rapid tan. I called last minute because my regular girl didn't offer rapid tans, which I needed since I'm currently breastfeeding and couldn't let it sit for 8 hours. She was so kind and accommodating, and made me feel so comfortable. I definitely found a new tanning home with Kandis!!! I had a great tan with a 2 hour rinse off... and great color!! Sure the location could be better, having to solve the secrets of the labyrinth known as Town Center Town Plaza, but let's be honest, this is just one of the many requirements to reach the pinnacle of tans. Once you reach this Ibiza-state haven however, you are gifted with authentic friendly service, the kind you would expect from your life-long childhood friend who is ready for a sleepover of the century, except they are equipped with a giant pink tool belt, primed with various forms of tanning primers/products, readily prepared to give your body a tan even Photoshop would have trouble rivaling, tuned and precise perfection we are talking here. She said "I didn't hear it." If she can't hear the door chime from the back (which I find hard to believe) then how about checking the front area every few minutes, Especially before you go into the bathroom for long enough that I thought she was in there cleaning it. It's just common sense! She left the front unattended for close to 10 minutes! Terrible customer service....AGAIN! Managers....check the camera footage. I can't even make this stuff up.
