There has been lights out in their level one bed for over two years, have complained and asked if they are going to replace them multiple times they just ignore me or give me a free upgrade, but I'm sick of having a line going down my body when they don't feel like giving me a free upgrade. Do you guys ever plan on replacing those bulbs or should I stop wasting my money coming here?? Almost every bed has lights out. It's frustrating being a customer here I'd find somewhere else if you have other options read more

LOVED coming here for an airbrush tan for my wedding! I came for a "trial" too for my bachelorette party & I felt so good all weekend! I was in the pool for hours with my tan and it still lasted like 2 weeks! I looked (and felt) SO GOOD on my wedding day & once again my tan lasted wayyyyy longer than expected. Kandis makes you feel so comfortable and is SO NICE! The salon itself was super clean & cute. Since I moved away, the more I realize this is the best spray tan you'll ever receive. Very reasonable price for the amazing service you get. The tan is absolutely gorgeous and lasts for the full 10 days if you moisturize and take care of it. Amazing customer service, you don't feel awkward and the care is very easy. Had a great "Express" tan a couple of weeks ago before my husband's Xmas party. Turned out gorgeous, but didn't last as long as I had hoped. Kandis went to great lengths to ensure that she could see me in time for my event and have the proper mixture on hand for a much-needed rapid tan. I called last minute because my regular girl didn't offer rapid tans, which I needed since I'm currently breastfeeding and couldn't let it sit for 8 hours. I reached out on 8/19 about getting my hair and make up done for my baby shower. I reached out again on 8/21 because I didn't hear back. They got back to me on 8/23 saying they think they could accommodate just needed to double check with their artists. I was happy to hear that and responded. Again, I didn't hear back so I re emailed on 8/31. Then it was a week out from my shower, so I emailed again on 9/8, and got a response back saying "Hello! I apologize, I sent a response a week ago but it doesn't look like it went through. They are not available that day :/" Beyond unprofessional. I understand I am not a bride, but STILL it would be nice to tell me before hand that they didn't have availability for me. Thank goodness I was able to secure another amazing make up artist elsewhere before my event, but had to attend my shower without my hair being done. It was beyond frustrating dealing with this company. I would not recommend working with them.

There are bed tans, then there are sun tans, and finally you have sunkissed by Kandis tans. Sure the location could be better, having to solve the secrets of the labyrinth known as Town Center Town Plaza, but let's be honest, this is just one of the many requirements to reach the pinnacle of tans. Once you reach this Ibiza-state haven however, you are gifted with authentic friendly service, the kind you would expect from your life-long childhood friend who is ready for a sleepover of the century, except they are equipped with a giant pink tool belt, primed with various forms of tanning primers/products, readily prepared to give your body a tan even Photoshop would have trouble rivaling, tuned and precise perfection we are talking here. She hits you with a multitude of products during the process; were talking mists, were talking powders, were talking lotions, i'm pretty sure I even saw a few sun rays spouting from a bottle at one point, but hey those are trade secrets. Once her show comes to a close unfortunately, you are left unable to escape the image of yourself presented in front of the mirror, frozen in tan ecstasy, refusing to believe a spray tan could somehow outperform the giant ball of heat above this planet. What seems to be a millennia, she finally breaks the spell and checks to ensure you are satisfied with the end result. You ponder how anyone could possibly question the gift of tanning perfection just bestowed upon you. You happily pay your fees of this holy service, beginning to converse with the artist herself as you realize there are other clients awaiting. You don't want to leave. You just found the promised land. You need to know the secret to your new godlike skin. She promises you can return two week later and says goodbye. You arrive to your car and you feel as if you were spit and tossed aside like an old, yet priceless, piece of living artwork. If she can't hear the door chime from the back (which I find hard to believe) then how about checking the front area every few minutes, Especially before you go into the bathroom for long enough that I thought she was in there cleaning it. It's just common sense! She left the front unattended for close to 10 minutes! Terrible customer service....AGAIN! Managers....check the camera footage. I can't even make this stuff up.
