Their parking lot gets filled pretty quickly, so while they appear to have ample parking, sometimes you have to park pretty far away. When I entered, I went to the back, where I thought online order pickups would be. I had to pick up two separate orders, one for my dad, and then one for an order I placed yesterday. When I arrived, I went to the back, but this was the self serve pickup. Being totally confused, I asked an associate, I gave her my order number and she says, I don't think it's filled yet after checking and there being no record of the orders. I wound up leaving, then because I didn't want to come back, I downloaded the app and noticed one of my orders, the most recently placed one was canceled, due to the item being out of stock. I came back in, asked an associate about the order my dad placed. Come to find out one of the items in his order, the one that was for pickup was also canceled due to lack of inventory. I wish Kohls would do a better job of making sure items are in stock before allowing you to pay, and then saying your order is good to go.

My daughter found her dream dress but needed to order a different size. The dress took 2 weeks to come in and it was perfect. She does require you to pay $3 for the armpit inserts for sanitary purpose - but she takes it off your balance if you purchase a dress. The owner is so pleasant and even when there are several people shopping - she knows how to cater to everyone. There are thousands of dresses in this store all different sizes and sorted by color, style and length. The best part about the place is the dresses are priced extremely well. Prom is already a time of spending way more money than necessary. We were able to get the dress she wanted at the most reasonable price you can imagine. We have done several events over the past four years with some dresses and excess of $1000. This is not an establishment that is trying to get over on customers. I would recommend her to anyone.
