Huge bummer since I really like them so I re-ordered one of them- His level of customer service is so superior. I think DSW should use Justin to do training in all of their stores because what he's doing here is working. The store was clean and airy. I was greeted upon arrival. The selection is varied and vast, the new layout of the store is really easy to navigate and maneuver but I like the improvements in customer service the most. bravo Justin!!!

What they say they have in stock online is actually accurate unlike a lot of other locations. The two ladies working today were amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and when the cashier was busy with another customer, she called her coworker to come ring me up. I was in and out and actually asked the cashiers advice on which color converse to buy because I was stuck between the same shoe but one in black and one in white and she was helpful. When I arrived, a sales person just showed me the aluminum shoe sizer laying on the carpet. I kindly asked to speak with the Manager of the store because online there is advertisement of proper shoe fitting . I voiced my concerns with a WoMan Manager who pointed to the sales person as walked away. She did not reply nor say a word to me. Rude and inappropriate Customer Service . I wish I knew the female Managers name to file a report against her at Headquarters. I will never return; and they lost a faithful customer.

Most shoes are under $70 and they occasionally have sales... so you can come in here and get a pair of shoes for probably $40 or $50. Great price. As well as great quality for a low price. I love my suede black shoes I got from here recently. They were good quality and I they look nice. I would recommend going here if you by the area.

I purchased a pair of Nike Air max from this store to use for work, I was told by the sales girl…read morethat they were non slip and had great grip, I asked her what the return policy was given I needed a functional shoe for work, she said if they don't work I can bring them back no questions asked, needless to say the shoes were slippery and I subsequently fell at work injuring my back. I went to return the shoes the following day and spoke with victor the store manager who told me that he cannot return them and to have a nice day. I informed him of the conversation I had with his sales rep and he answer was well she's not the manager, he was very disrespectful and condescending. He said call the toll free number on the back if u have a problem. I did so and I am waiting for their customer service team to return my call. Needless to say I will never shop at this store again!

There are also many stores on a strip mall around the building including AMC, Burlington, and Marshall's. Thankfully this mall got Starbucks because I was very hooked on their coffee. It is a big mall with 3 levels and since I was not a regular I was lost a few times and getting to one destination from another took forever. Also finding the nearest bathroom was tough. Had to resort to the directory. Thankfully there were escalators and elevators all around.

I came in no greeting. Looked at the sneakers no one came over to assist me.i had to physically go and ask one of the employees where a certain size would be and he literally just pointed. And seeing that I didn't know what the hell he was pointing at he was then able to open his mouth to say where they were then he walked away. 5 mins later I was still there and nothing. But there was a girl sweeping by me, sprayed her cleaning products right by my foot and kept doing that the entire time I was there. I walked out and and did tell her that I was not aware of their self serve policy. Of course she didn't say anything. I will never walk back in here.
