More customers means quality goes down to make more money. We got 3 lousy pieces of chicken in the chicken and cashew dish and about the same for the garlic beef. Very unfulfilling. I called the restaurant to complain and she told me 'I may be lying to get more". Unhappy customer. I will NEVER get take away from them again. Terrible food and awful customer experience. GET OUT OF LANE COVE BANGKOK BAR.!

The original plan was to place an order online for delivery, but stuff happens and I had to pick it up over an hour later. I called the restaurant to inform them of the new plan and they were more than pleasant about the change. BBQ Chicken Salad - minty, fresh with just the right amount of spice. BBQ chicken was tender and juicy. A must try if you're looking for something to compliment your Pad Thai Satay Chicken - two chicken skewers not just dipped but engulfed in a thick, gooey sauce which leaves a permanent smile on your face. Hints of lemongrass and curry can be found in the sauce. Beef Pad Thai - my litmus test for Thai food. So bomb!!! Noodles and beef cooked to perfection. I wanted to devour the entire dish myself but the girlfriend looked kinda hungry so I guess I should share. Tofu Fried Rice - this was a little disappointing. Rice was delicious but the fried tofu was a bit dry. You might want to skip this dish or just order beef instead. Standard pricing for above standard Thai food. If you ever find yourself on the North side of Sydney and craving some Thai, give this place a try.

They have a Large Sign for dress code in order to gain entry. The door staff are very nice and pleasant processing you through the door before you can go upstairs to the restaurant. The serving staff are very nice and friendly, and they bring the dishes around for you to choose from. You have a great view of the water from the window. We ordered the usual fare, BBQ pork bun, Sticky Rice, Sui Mai, Shrimp Dumpling, Rice Noodles, Chicken Feet, Egg Tarts. They charge tea per person, but will be waive based on the staff's discretion. Coming from Vancouver, the quality of food is just average, nothing really amazing. Price wise, it was expensive, for 10 people, eating the same items in Vancouver, this meal will be about $80, whereas in AUS$ over 200 dollars. If you want Free Wifi, you have to go downstairs to the office and ask for a code, which only lasts 30 minutes. We come here more for convenience as they have easy access for handicap restrooms for my 97 years old grandmother.

Steamed BBQ pork bao is the litmus of every dumpling house and here is no exception - soft, fluffy bun, moist and salty-sweet filling. The mango pancakes are also excellent - sweet insides wrapped around by delicate, paper-thin yellow pancakes. Only negative is the chilli sauce - it has no heat (obviously aimed at an elderly, gweilo patron). Ask for XO sauce, chopped chilli in soy sauce or chilli oil instead.
