Extremely disappointed, and I had to have them redo the work they had done, as it was a very poor job .Additionally, when Poe and I went to go pick parts up that weren't ordered yet, due to his miscalculations, he was told by the owner of this business (which I will not name), that Poe was not allowed on their property, due to a previous situation. I had to fire him and I had to finish up the job. They had left at least 40 wheel barrels full of dirt and concrete that I had to dispose of myself. Extremely disappointed. First thing I want to do is show the character of his installers. Our family helped tear up all the carpet and pads up and put them on a trailer. To help the installers out we decided to just take them to the landfill ourselves so they did not have to handle this.
