So therefore i ended up with a warrent because of his negligence because he knows i do not have rides and such to get to court. And my original court date was in riverhead and i live 45 min away. But i did make it that day on time and he then calls me after i get there waiting to see judge and says hes not coming that i have to come back the next day to see the judge knowing how difficult it is for me and knowing i was already there on time that day. Does not have good communication skills. Does not respond to phone calls / texts / voicemails. Does not care for your well being. Very neglecful and overall just no good for anyones freedom and well being. ​

I hired Ryan Riezenman with the expectation of strong legal representation in a divorce, but…read moreunfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Rather than acting as my advocate, he seemed more concerned about upsetting the other side and doing very little to actually fight on my behalf. At some point I did ask myself if Ryan was my lawyer or my ex husband's is how badly he didn't advocate for me (in my opinion). I definitely got the short end of the deal including losing a big part of my retirement without a fight. He was really polite and organized and responsive but I needed someone to flex more muscle sort of speak given that the other side was really tough, pushy and making ridiculous requests which lead to a lot of unnecessary back and forth and which lead to me getting substantial billings. Hiring a lawyer should bring peace of mind and confidence that someone is advocating for your best interests. Sadly, that was not my experience. I would not recommend this attorney if you're looking for someone who will truly stand up for you and provide real value for what you pay for.
