I called John the other day explaining that received a hearing date for an unregistered vehicle…read morethat I couldn't be at because I would be out of the country and the letter didn't explain or offer how to reschedule. The original fine was about $300 in October, which I returned, checked off stating I was going to contest it, hoping I could get reduced fine. Now the fine was up to $955 for my August court date. 10 months and $700 of interest! WTF! John told me that I could NOT go there anytime I wanted to fight the ticket, but he could becaues he is a LAWYER. He said he would be in there for an hour and it would cost $450 for his services but would do it for $350. Thanks John. I call Dennis B. O'Sullivan of New York Ticket Defense. http://nyticketdefense.com/index.html He only wanted to charge me $100, because it was simple and because he would already be there it would only take about 10 minutes of his time. And he said the fine should be around $80, so about $180 total. Dennis also told me I could just walk into the Suffolk County Hauppauge traffic court office any day take care of it before I leave the country next week. This is exactly what I did and I only paid a $85 fine!!!! So don't trust THE SNAKE IN THE SUIT that goes by the name of John Caffrey. Do yourself a favor and visit an HONEST lawyer Dennis B. Yes my wife is your client and yes she is still my wife. And yes I keep having to come into your office to sign paperwork YOU forgot about. So yes your reply is 100% accurate yet you forgot to mention that my review is 100% accurate. My research reveals that you do in fact charge her if and when she calls to ask you a question. My research reveals that yes in fact you did forget paperwork in which I had to make return visits to sign paperwork you forgot about. And lastly my research reveals that I am still married. My research also reveals that at no point in your response to this review did you mention the fees when a client calls you nor have you responded to how many times you forgot paperwork. The only point you made is that I am not your direct client. Which is redundant because my wife is your client and I am leaving this review based on my personal experience in which I am directly experiencing with your firm. Had I not been dealing with you directly I would not have had to experience your lack of paperwork and I would not have had to experience my return visits to sign paperwork your firm keeps forgetting. Nor would I experience my wife telling me she can't ask you what's taking so long because you charge her every and any time she calls to inquire why it's taking so long and why you keep forgetting more paperwork.
