I've been going to Langford and Karl's chiropractor since 2014 when I was pregnant with my first daughter for pelvic pain and have been going here on and off whenever I feel out of sorts. We treat my first daughter here because my husband was not keen on chiropractor treatment for infants but I insisted when our second daughter was having problems sleeping and constipation. After her first adjustment, she slept better and didn't have the car seat as much as most babies. I like that there's a children's room so they could play while waiting to be seen. Overall, I would highly recommend coming here for prenatal and postnatal care as well as pediatric adjustment. Dr. Langford is down to earth and will tell you like it is not what you want to hear which makes going to her more personable. She knew what my youngest daughter was feeling when I was going for adjustments after delivering and says she needs to be seen and so I discussed it with my husband and got him on board to have our youngest receive care. Our pediatrician was a little taken back by us taking her in for adjustments at such a young age. She was seen by Dr. Langford at about two months old and I felt that was a good decision for our daughter Morgan. read more

I met with Dr Norton for my first adjustment and was really impressed. As it was my first visit to a chiropractor, I was a little nervous about the treatment and had questions. She was very understanding and took the time to go through an overview of the causes of discomfort in my back, what treatment would be applied and how it would help. The long consultation and thorough Q&A that we did before my adjustments left me feeling like I was in good hands. The treatment was terrific! There was a fifteen minute muscle relaxation session where electric current is used to contract the muscles in the affected areas. Then off to the private patient room and we got crackin'! I have been going to Dr. Langford since I was in high school and am now 2 year out of college! She always know exactly how to work out my kinks, whether it's just a routine adjustment or a moderate to major injury. I was heavy into dance and gymnastics so it takes a lot to manipulate me in such a way to get me to adjust, but Dr. Langford can get it every time! I also love the bubble bed! I just finished my initial appointment with my chiropractor Jessica, a very exuberant, very knowledgeable lady fresh out of school, regarding a nagging 5 year old back condition. I was hesitant because I have not had good results with other offices. Jessica was very methodical, professional and took the time to establish exactly what was at issue and what I was looking for out of the meeting. In short order, she had diagnosed and performed the manipulations necessary to alleviate my pain and restore range of motion. I have literally been to 8 different specialists for my knee pain. I saw my doctor, a sports orthopedist at Tria, an Ortho at St. Croix Orthopedics, 2 physical therapists at IAM, a massage therapist and even a rheumatologist. No one could help me and after really expensive tests I was shot full of cortisone and told to stop racing. As a competitive cyclist, that was not going to happen. A friend who races told me about his chiropractor Dr. Karls. I have to say I am a believer. She told me what was wrong, did some adjustments, ultrasound, taped my knee and in 4 visits I had no pain. She is a sports chiropractor and so she gets that I am not going to "rest" like the PT wanted me too. The billing is really bad. It's several months before your bill comes, then to top it off you could get a bill for a different amount afterwards that you wouldn' t make a connection to the first bill! Stay away! read more

I've seen all the docs here since I started going a few years ago. Dr. Karls is who keeps me coming back. Her delivery of service is friendly, professional, and doesn't always involve adjustments. She's recommended accupuncture for my allergies, referred me to a neurologist for my migraines and ongoing neck issues, etc. I highly recommend her! read more

Their billing system is horrible. The chiropractors do not take the necessary time to look for the problem and treat it. They just crack your back and send you on your way. Oh and don't forget, your bill will show up in 2 or 3 months. read more
