The people at the desk are informative and quick, races are fairly prices, karts are fast, and the track is amazing. For causal racers- it's a blast. The speed of the karts are manageable, the track isn't to tricky, and the equipment onsite is great. They have multiple helmets onsite in all sizes. For competitive racers- its an amazing experience. As a competitive racer myself, the karts are able to zip around the track smoothly. It's easy to over/understeer when pushing, but that comes with racing.

When we arrived, we were initially told the wait time would be around 50 minutes. Shortly afterward, an employee informed us it would actually be closer to 30 minutes because the system had "moved some things around." We waited patiently, watching multiple races go by. After some time, I asked the pit master when our race would begin and was told we were up next. When we checked again later, we discovered that we had never been added to the queue at all. Despite this being entirely their mistake, we were told we would have to wait even longer before being able to race. At that point, we decided we no longer wanted to participate and requested a refund. The staff refused to refund our money and instead offered free races at a later time. We declined because, after the experience we had already endured, we simply wanted our money back. To make matters worse, the facility was extremely hot because the air conditioning appeared to be either broken or ineffective, and the restroom had a strong odor of urine and feces. Overall, the lack of organization, poor customer service, refusal to issue a refund after their mistake, and uncomfortable facility conditions made this a very disappointing experience. My family and I will not be returning, and I would encourage others to consider alternative karting venues.

"A terrifying treat"…read more I think those are the words we ended up using to describe the EvolveGT event hosted at Summit Point's Shannendoah track. You see - we were not experienced enough for this track day, but that was only realized the first lap on what turned (pun intended) out to be a rather complex track (Shenandoah Circuit, for curious minds) as the ambient hum of more advanced rider's engines played loudly in horrifying surround sound. What you think would make for a terrible experience was rectified by the amazing staff, coaches, and riders at EvolveGT. The care they took to help us better ourselves prior to getting to the track, the active interest in where we were vs what we could do to improve, and the overwhelming support were just astounding. We've tried many hobbies that involve classroom / instructor time, but EvolveGT has that game on lock. Everyone was itching to help direct you to the appropriate area, work with you on time constraints, help you improve, and even as we were loading the bikes up to leave, an instructor was there offering more tips to improve your experience on a motorcycle - he didn't even need to - they all just really want to help, and they really want to see people enjoy motorcycles. As Bob "The Legend" said, "I'm here to make you better than me." And while that's a pipe dream, these guys are insanely good, I really feel like their goals are to make you the absolute best. It was such a wonderful motorcycle track day experience, that we'll be working on getting our skills sharpened enough to be involved with these track day instructors. I would even bother at looking at other track days - this team of motorcycle extraordinaire are the real deal. Thanks again to Billy, Bob, Paul, and the other 2 instructors that were awesome to work with.

Then, at the event, there was no clear signage at all of where to park, where inspection takes place, where is the group meeting takes place, where riders are expected to enter the track, or exit the track. Inspection and daily briefing both started late - which is a small detail but makes me question their attention to detrail and professionalism. I did not receive ANY personalized feedback from any of the coaches despite choosing to join their training course. The coach that I got was either overwhelmed, or has no classroom management skills, because he would create a plan before we went out, then change his mind in the pits and every session turned into a cluster ----. It's not like it was particularly busy, there were only 5 or 6 of us. Other coaches assigned to the group (ad-hoc) would just ride off on their own, and it seemed they just wanted to ride on track and improve their own lap times rather than coach. Another reviewer mentioned something similar, so maybe this is how they operate. Other unprofessional behavior: the organizer sat in the classroom watching facebook/youtube videos unmuted as we were trying to learn. I would not recommend this organization to anyone who actually wants to learn how to improve sport riding. If you are already an intermediate or advanced rider I suppose its a less expensive option for track days, but this was a pretty bad experience. I really regret going.

Unfortunately, we have been struggling financially the past couple years and it's just not something I could've done at regular price; they've been wanting to go for years. I went to put in my credit card and it instantly said it was the wrong address connected with it. I checked multiple times to make sure it was correct so then I was concerned that my card was declining and called my bank right away. They said it definitely was not on my end. My card was fine so I Transferred the total amount of the sale price to both my cash app and Venmo cards trying both of them as well... It still would not go through. So I called motor world and they told me someone would get back to me which they never did. So then I wrote an email explaining the situation and how I'm not wanting anything crazy just the advertise price THEY emailed ME. I was responded to with an email back basically saying they can't honor sale promos in person or over the phone. It has to be done online, But it certainly was not a scam. Then they continue to tell me how they can can't help me and be sure to look out for more sales on social media. It was almost comical. If you reach out to customers with a promo code, And for whatever reason it's not working on the company's end... The price should still be honored. Anything less than that is horrible business management.
