When attempting to return in an UNOPENED and UNUSED condition I was initially told I would have to pay back return shipping and there was nothing they could do for the initial postal payment. Later, after posting a negative review I am now being emailed that they will not accept it period. Extremely unprofessional. This is what differentiates the big companies from small ones like this.

When I asked to have my balloons filled, the store employee (female, white, glasses) told me in a snarky tone that she could only fill 10-12 of the balloons from my package. I asked if I could receive a discount for the remaining balloons she refused to fill, since there were no posted restrictions on the sign and my request (about 20 small 6-inch balloons) was hardly unreasonable. She became condescending and unprofessional; especially when other customers entered the store. She made a point of loudly saying she "couldn't help them" because she was "too busy filling too many balloons." She even commented to her coworker that she'd been "blowing up balloons all day," and when asked how many were left, said sarcastically, "too many," right in front of me. This was embarrassing, unnecessary, and incredibly unprofessional. Management or corporate needs to provide training on basic customer interaction and respect. I was there less than 20 minutes and left feeling belittled for simply asking for what was advertised. I will not be returning.Amazon or another retailer will gladly take my business. Absolutely amazing at mule camp last weekend! We had the absolute best time with the ponys! I'm a…read moremama of three, and my youngest two were terrified of getting on the ponies at first. Bless their hearts, they were near tears. But the sweetest young lady named Alexandra came right over and worked pure cowgirl magic. She talked to them so gentle and kind, got down on their level, and before I knew it, both of them were smiling and riding like little cowboys. After the rides, she even let the kids stay for a minute to give the ponies some hugs and say goodbye. It was the sweetest thing! The ponies themselves looked so well cared for! Every single one had food in their buckets. You can tell this girl absolutely loves her job! It's so heartwarming to see now days, so much evil in the world. Now, I do want to mention a thing, while the pony area was just wonderful, I did notice the farm animals looked really hot. It was a warm day, and bless their hearts, there didn't seem to be much shade for them. For such a long time, it made me a little sad to see them standing out in the sun like that. I grew up on a farm myself, so I know these are outdoor animals and they're used to being in the weather. But even then, they naturally have shade from trees or a barn to get under, and always plenty of fresh water close by. I just hope in the future they might add a few shaded areas or fans so those sweet animals can stay cool and comfortable too. A little while later, when we walked back around, my kids actually pointed out something that made me smile, the worker from earlier had brought a fan over to the pony that was standing out in the sun. Honestly, the business itself should take note and be more like her, thoughtful, attentive, and full of genuine love for those animals. It warmed my heart to see that kind of care, especially on such a hot day.
