We stopped by just to get a cappucino and were taken aback 20 years. Not because the place is old…read moreor not well maintained, but because it suddenly felt as if we were backpacking again. Our baby was asleep in the car, so we could have a relaxed very early dinner (or very late lunch) surrounded by locals and served by two lovely middle aged men.
The food was definitely good, the offerings plenty and everything had so much heart that we could feel it with every cell of our bodies.
An incredible last moment to a great day trip. I hope they keep it up and stay true to what they offer here: down to earth eating experience that will have you dreaming of times past (at least if you're around 40 now).
