He does take a while, but even factoring in carrying costs, you can't beat his price. He's also very flexible, he'll use whatever materials or fixtures you want and just deduct the budgeted amount. Not like other builders who only let you "choose" from their showroom which is very limited and totally overpriced. He also builds high-end, with features like 10 foot ceilings and all wood floors included in his basic quote. His builds are also good quality, he knows his stuff, city codes, how to inspect work, etc. I had a couple of minor issues with the build (some tile had to be replaced and there was a nail in the roof that caused a leak) and he took care of them right away. Two of my neighbors paid a lot more for well-known builders and they had way more issues than I did. One had to replace his driveway and outside brick facade, another their wood floors.

Per our contract job was supposed to be completed on the first of June, however job was never completed. I have been living in a hotel since 5/30/2022 waiting for the job to be completed. I spoke to owner 3 times in reference to a completion date, and owner gave me 3 different completion dates that he ultimatley failed to complete. I had to pay another contractor to finish job. If you want to get scammed out of thousands of dollars then this is the right company to use. Mossible Solutions refuses to refund the money that I have already paid. One of his " subcontractors " stold materials from me as well..As a General Contractor he probalbly showed up to maybe 3 or 4 times. Two of those times were to get the check.
