First off - excellent service! A water jug in my trunk popped a leak and got everything in the back wet. Unfortunately I didn't know this until a couple weeks later and the car started to smell awful - like fumes... turns out it was mold and mildew. Everything was covered in mold and wet. I was so worried on how to fix this and if it was even fixable? Alan was very clear about everything and gave me a realistic price estimate. Responded very quickly and was in contact through the whole process!! I dropped it off and two days later it was done. My car has never looked (or smelled) so good! As soon as I called Alan, he was quick to offer up a time when he could come and check the damage out. Once he got to the house, he did a quick and thorough inspection, told me exactly what needed to be done, and provided an itemized quote within a couple hours.
