Then last night while I was hundreds of miles out of town I got a call from someone named James who said he works for Sunbelt and wanted to come do the work this morning at 8 am. I informed him that I could return by 11 am as I had a very long drive ahead. He agreed to get started and I would be there by 11 to pay him. We discussed in detail what I wanted done. The original quote also had the exact job written on it. I start my 8+hour drive home and make it there by 10:30 am. No one is here! No one answers the phones. No one returned my voicemails! I am livid! Exhausted from my drive, leaving behind a family emergency to have this tree work taken care of. Disgraceful customer service. If any of the "owners" would like to contact me.
