One always did his work with a phone in one hand, picking up leafs then goes and leans against the truck with both hands on the phone. The other guy runs a trimmer or sprays. We told them we don't need spraying, we have Massey Services. They continued. We have it all recorded on our cameras and have tried to get someone to come discuss this with us to no response.
