As a patron I've always been kind and polite and I'm always met with nasty. Looks short remarks and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What's unfortunate is that the establishment is actually very clean and very well maintained & spotless as well as maintained at a very comfortable temperature. However, due to this poor treatment I have received I cannot in good conscience recommend this place unless somebody wants to be treated on a Sunday while getting their laundry done in the event that they need any assistance whatsoever, and that assistance can be something as simple as asking for a tissue or paper towel.

And the pillows (yes pillows), curtains, and everything else since the season changed. The place is clean. And patron's are pretty quiet for the most part. No rowdy wild children running around. I still advise headphones for all occasions. Screens mounted to the wall normally streaming CNN. The washers and dryers were both reasonably priced. But again the dryers weren't the best - at least an hour of time before items are completely dry. One quarter for about 15 minutes. I wouldn't call the service friendly but it wasn't bad either. I'm still missing a few socks though.

I couldn't resist, so I created an account with my phone number and email--this ended up being super helpful when I visited just 24 hours later, as my info was already in their system. They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. The rewards program is a fantastic bonus--the more you visit, the more you save. Highly recommend!

Every shirt priced to dry clean, never to simply wash and press/fold for much lower price. Garments regularly returned with buttons missing: from women's blouses, men's shirts (cuff buttons gone, forearm buttons gone, button-down buttons gone, even "extra" buttons disappear). And if shirts ordered to be returned folded in a "box" come back on hangers -- expect an argument over a refund (even if the receipt says BOX in very large print). Be prepared to stand in line behind customers complaining about lost items. This place doesn't deserve a dime of your business.
