Cheating I'd say - Thank goodness I was smart enough to not leave these articles there for a third time - how inappropriate - how pathetic to run a business and not keep agreements. From our initial telephone conversation, where he deftly and professionally informed me of my options (without making me feel stupid) be they through Empire or not, and honoring my status as a USAF veteran (disabled) to scheduling and the actual home visit, he was accommodating, personable and extremely professional. They routinely do a wonderful job with all of our dry cleaning needs. Service is always quick and professional. I also have to mention, they have a great sewing service here as well. My daughter wanted to add some rock band patches to her jean jacket and they took care of it with great skill and without any issues. One downside, parking can be wonky at times. Sometimes people double park right out front and block the road and/or the spots on the side get tied up by the school out back or random trucks. It's a bit annoying. All I all, this is a great dry cleaners. I've been going here for years and it remains my go to spot. Five stars.

THE WORST dry cleaning business ever!!!! My daughter and I spent close to almost $200.00 on 6…read moreitems of clothes. NOTHING was cleaned and there were still stains on the clothes and it DID NOT smell cleaned!! I seriously think this place just ironed or steam the clothes. I spoke to the owner, Zary/Zarie and she provided a poor excuse that the stains were old and couldn't be removed. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE and they are thieves!! If you know for a fact if the clothes could not be treated or cleaned, then communicate with us somehow or provide compensation. Bunch of thieves!! ALL the years I've been to other dry cleaners, I've NEVER had this bad of an experience. ANY stains, or smells residue were removed, without complications. My daughter and I went to this location/business because it was closed to home and my daughter already had an account here. Which she's been here once before. Well, NEVER again!!
