I contacted Mr. John Gallina about a summons I received for a zoning ordinance violation. Mr. John Gallina told me that because I had complied with the township request he could get this matter dismissed. Before we went to court I supplied Mr. John Gallina with documents and pictures and videos to show I was not guilty. When we went to court I was not in the room with the prosecutor when Mr. John Gallina "made a deal" with the prosecutor. I was under the impression that it was dismissed and I would have to pay only court cost. When in front of the judge, I realized that I was expected to say I was guilty of the violation. I was very confused. I was fined and charged court cost and Mr. John Gallina just walked away with very little explanation as I tried to question why this happened. I could have pleaded guilty without paying Mr. Gallina $750.00. I will not be using this attorney in the future.
