Estate planning for seniors -- especially during a period of grief -- requires far more than legal competence; it demands patience, clarity, and genuine compassion. This office failed to meet that standard. From the start, Jennifer Lumsdaine was condescending and disrespectful to my mother, treating her as though her concerns were unimportant. It was painful to witness. Most concerning was the process after the initial meeting. Despite multiple requests, we faced unnecessary difficulty in obtaining copies of the documents my mother had paid for. They were only provided after we resorted to a formal written request.
