I'm very upset that they would treat me like this and I go almost every day. I will never speak to customer service again. they were rude to me and all I wanted was to pick up my delivery. I stopped in and purchased a couple of prepared foods because I was expecting guests for lunch…read more Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home that the salami was gray in the Italian hero, and the breaded chicken cutlets in the chicken parm alla vodka hero were old and hard. The orzo had no taste. I was so embarrassed. In addition to the prepared foods, I stopped by the deli for sliced ham. I asked for it to be sliced thin. The guy at the counter seemed angry and threw the package of ham on the scale to weight it. When I got home, I realized that it was sliced thick. Needless to say, I will NEVER shop there again.

They got a huge parking lot and next door is a beverage store. The produce section was amazing with lot of fresh items. The Seafood section had a lot of varieties too. I had questions during both of my visits, and the staff was friendly to assist me. You either have to purchase a bag or bring your own bag. The prices are on the high side and you can use online coupons on the app.

Consistently, I am prompted to 'PLEASE WAIT FOR ASSISTANCE'. One day I had too many empty bags that I brought with me for my groceries and the system mistook that for bagging an item that wasn't scanned. ' PLEASE WAIT FOR ASSISTANCE'. One day the items that I scanned and bagged were too light for the system to acknowledge being bagged, unfortunately I bought 3 boxes of pudding that day. 'PLEASE WAIT FOR ASSISTANCE'. From the time you scan the item you have 2 seconds to bag it, otherwise...yep, you guessed it, 'PLEASE WAIT FOR ASSISTANCE' I would use the human cashiers, but unfortunately most of them see it as a race and my items wind up in a big pile at the end of the items counter , while I work hard to catch up. Some have asked if they could help bag and I have agreed for the better good, but, and I kid you not, I have taken a bag of apples off of my 2 loaves of bread when I got home. So, what to do, what to do... that is up to you ShopRite. As you are deciding what's best for ALL concerned I'll be on side WAITING FOR ASSISTANCE!

Shop and Stop advertise sales but when you get to the register , the sale is for digital coupon only , the foolish cashiers have the customer go back to the front of the store to download a coupon only to find out that the cashier could just take the money off at the register. I asked a manager to help me to download a coupon he just ignored me I had to ask again , he helped but seemed annoyed . I can see why they are not very busy !
