The menu is in French yet the staff were extremely friendly and able to converse and make recommendations in English, so tourists do not be afraid. *Griot: Pork, braised and fried, Haitian style. Full of well balanced flavor. Texture is chewy yet somehow juicy at the same time. *Cabrit: Goat meat. The meat marinade perfectly balances the gamey aroma of the goat so you can enjoy the flavor without sensing any funny smells. Texture is similar to the griot. Both entrees we ordered came with rice (really well seasoned), fried plantains, pasta, salad, pikliz (it's spicy!), sauce. Everything was unbelievably delicious. The portion sizes were absolutely insane and I felt so bad about not being able to finish my food because I had to fly out. It's going to be hard to find Haitian food this good elsewhere.
