I had a total of 4 different vendors provide quotes and discuss the problem with me. Turns out there was only 1 downspout handling the entire side of our house. Wood & Wood was great to communicate with (much of it via email and photos which was just fine for going back and forth on some smaller details) and they had the best price. They came and were very quick to remove the old gutter install a new length of gutter and the new downspout and clean up everything. And considering I was at work while they did all the work I really wouldn't have known they had been there at all! I have been extremely pleased with the communication, customer service and quality of work and would highly recommend them.

We purchased what we thought was a newly renovated house, new hot water heater, new plumbing, new HVAC, new everything. On day one of moving in our fridge and oven did not work. We attempted to call and reconcile this with Covone, however he was conveniently unavailable. 2 to 3 weeks later our roof started to leak. Covone sent one of his own individuals to come take a look and let us know it was the J channel. They told us they would repair it instantly. Two months later another leak one month later leaking through our basement. Two years later, our tub started to leak. Apparently it was a pre-owned tub that they patched in several places and wasn't patched or sealed appropriately. Then our HVAC issues... Apparently the wiring was done in a faulty manner so it appeared that our energy efficient air filtration system would run well. However, $1600 later, we finally had corrected the wiring/leaking coolant issues. We found out that everything was done in a cutting corner fashion and caused issues. We finally hired an outside company to renovate our basement and assist with all of the issues this contractor had caused. My favorite part of this entire experience, was that this contractor was considered a roofer by trade and our roof was patched together so poorly it looked like someone had done it in their sleep at 13 years of age. Really truly if you're looking to spend a ton more money than you should, have so many repairs on something brand new and consistently work with a company who has horrible customer service then you should absolutely call Covone!! Today, are less than five year old water heater according to Covone burst all over our basement floor. When we called the company who installed us, we were told they don't even sell the products and they never backed American standard to begin with. Not only does this company cut corners, they also lie on their installation forms. Apparently this was done so he did not have to pay an installation fee. I hope this review saves whatever homeowner, commercial company, or residential individual from spending additional unnecessary funds on correcting whatever issue should have been done right the first time.
