I just received a call from Roto Rooter explaining that Safety Insurance is deducting the $1000.00 from there payment to them. I asked Roto Rooter why I was misled, and they replied that in 20 years this has never happened that the insurance company subtracts the deductible from their payment . I guess we choose our insurance company unwisely.
