The communication and coordination were outstanding. There were several items that I didn't have including a rare patch/badge or two that I couldn't find. I also wanted a uniform ribbon rack built. At the end of February, I received a proposed layout from Mr. Park. We coordinated a couple more times on the final layout with his version being much better than my ideas. The item was shipped at no extra cost by priority mail as I was leaving town soon. The item arrived the first week in March. Packing was outstanding as was the shadow box. I paid around $350. From start to finish by experience with Medals of America was outstanding. Advice: 1. If you don't have a medal or ribbon do your best to purchase on Ebay as this will save you money. 2. Have patience as this process takes a while. (My wait time was around 6 to 7 weeks.) 3. I sent them a DD214 to make sure there were no mistakes on medals and ribbons. (Personal info, except for my name, were redacted.) 4. I had no problems with this company. Keep your attitude positive as you wait. Keep communicating with them. They always called me back and e-mailed me.

He walked in and despite there being several employees there, no one acknowledged him or welcomed him in. The employees just stared at him like he was a foreign creature. While he was in the store, he heard an employee enthusiastically explaining a lot about a game to another customer. He was surprised and shocked at how knowledgeable and informative the employee seemed to be. So my husband saw some type of figure/game that he was interested in and wanted to know more about it. He went to ask an employee more details and the employee was very cold and just said "uh, I don't know". They didn't even take the time to research, ask another co-worker, or anything. They just seemed really uninterested in helping my husband. Although he was planning to buy it, he ended up just walking out because he didn't feel like he was appreciated as a customer. First time there and last time there. He had to come back to the consignment store in the plaza later in the afternoon to pick up the stuff and just looking over at Boardwalk and seeing people go in and out made him sick to his stomach. The feeling of his business and money not being good enough for them. Very sad. Will never recommend.
