Took 5 hours, while the mechanic took long smoke breaks, I counted three times at about 30 mins a pop. Then they tried to say it was $550 dollar job and they miss quoted me, but they'd be nice and only charge the 350. The front hood of my car had zero issues with staying in the upright/open position prior to bringing my car here. I get home and the hood wont stay up after the visit to this place, like wtf? I lost out on an 1800 dollar gig due to their time wasting mechanic, just wondering what else these shysters sabotaged on my 84 year young mothers vehicle.

Second, chefs kiss for the awesome customer service that I was provided. Muuuuaaah! The Redondo Beach Blvd. location is a non-stop shop location for my Jeep restoration and I love that for me. Items on hand, lo prices, easy to navigate store, and the excellent customer service will absolutely have me driving back to this location before I even check stores that are closer to my home base. The parking lot has an epic amount of spaces available with plenty of handicapped parking near the front entrance. No steps or flights of stairs are needed to access this business. The noise level is low and the area very casual.
