Second, chefs kiss for the awesome customer service that I was provided. Muuuuaaah! The Redondo Beach Blvd. location is a non-stop shop location for my Jeep restoration and I love that for me. Items on hand, lo prices, easy to navigate store, and the excellent customer service will absolutely have me driving back to this location before I even check stores that are closer to my home base. The parking lot has an epic amount of spaces available with plenty of handicapped parking near the front entrance. No steps or flights of stairs are needed to access this business. I had an amazing experience thanks to Adrian at the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Gardena. He mentioned he was only covering at that location and normally works at a store around the Torrance/Carson area, but you would never guess it -- he treated me like a regular customer and went above and beyond. I had just come from AutoZone where I couldn't get the help I needed, and honestly, it was frustrating. But Adrian completely turned that around. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. He took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed without any stress. His customer service stood out big time -- super friendly, respectful, and really knew what he was doing. People like him make a huge difference, and O'Reilly's is lucky to have him. Located off Redondo Beach Bl in Gardena. Parking and entrance in the back. Lots of parking shared with other businesses in the shopping center. Like the other Auto stores I ventured out to today to find wipers most were either out or only had one of the two wiper brand I was looking for. Came here to check and they had both so I was happy they actually had a good amount of stock of all brands and sizes unlike the other stores I went to before. The only thing I know about this place is that I waited for 15 fifteen minutes while one dude helped a pair of guys and 3-4 other employees did things *other* than jump on a register or even approach the area of the counter. Looking online while sitting in my air conditioned car outside the store, I find that these guys want more than 10 bucks over the average Amazon price. After 2 decades, Having newer cars I came back to buy parts. The only challenges I had was to replace light bulbs for the headlights. It was a pain for the replacement for headlights: low beam, high beam, and daily headlight bulbs and get the correct fitting. It's not hard to replace it physically, but there are parts needed to find the right size/fitting. I looked online and the quality of the products were either defected or quality of its own is terrible itself. It's better to look into original brand name or brand name aftermarket parts like always. Well, just to summarize this the workers were helpful finding the right part and even helped me out. Usually, I DIY if it's a simple replacement for parts. They really helped me find 2 parts that were needed for my car which were JUST light bulbs. I had quite a pleasant shopping experience here today, contrary to other reviews. I called around a few O'Reilly stores to track down a specific part number and none of them had the item I needed. Then finally the store in Carson mentioned, "the Gardena store is the larger store in the area, let me check the stock there." And sure enough, this store had 5 in stock as to other stores had none! I did not know and never realized this store was maybe twice some other O'Reilly stores. I then hopped in my car, called the store to confirm inventory, and they set aside my item for me. Ran in, told them my name, got my item and out of there in less than 5mins. Service was swift and friendly. There were actually quite a few staff on at around 230pm which I'm sure helped the flow of business. One thing I liked here, and haven't seen much elsewhere, is that they actually rope off the checkout area to enforce distancing, instead of just plexi barriers. Very covid conscious, keeping everyone safe. I'll likely call this store first the next time I need something promptly. Located in a large shopping plaza with plenty of parking too! My brake light switch broke on my way home from work today. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in hoping to replace the broken part. As I went into the store, George quickly asked me what I was looking for, and as I explained about the brake light switch, he explained to me that he had a same problem before, and he assisted me in finding the part. And guess what! After finding the part, he went inside my car to place the part so that I am purchasing the correct size. It turned out to be a very good decision as he needed to go back to the store to find the different size. My cost for this great service was only $2.71. I assume I would be paying much more if I took the car to my mechanic. George, I would like to say to you, "Thank you very much! You are the best!" Ever since the change of the ownership, there seem to be a major customer service improvement at this store. It's been YEARS since I replaced the wiper blades on my car and I had some time to get them done today. Came by here to get what I needed - along with a bulb for my third brake light. Saw a sign outside saying they replace wiper blades for free, so that was a huge plus. Son was very helpful, he made a great recommendation on which blades I should get. Two minutes later, he was installing them. And I was kinda embarrassed because when he pulled one blade out, the rubber was practically FALLING OFF. (That's how long since I replaced them!) He was extremely patient and professional and got all three wiper blades replaced quickly. He also took the time to install the brake light bulb - no extra charge. Amazing customer service! I used their machine to test my service my engine light and they missed the proper diagnoses. I recently went back and purchased a battery charger. I gave him the display empty box to get the actual battery charger. He gave me the charger but wouldn't give me the box. I said then just give me a new one in a box or give me the box for the display and then you can take the box for the next display. He said No. what a joke! read more

I have never head a problem with this specific location until November 26th, Thanksgiving day @8:30am. I run in to look for a few things. A lot more in stock at this O'Reilly store since it is the hub location. Staff here was very helpful on the parts I needed and when one of the products I bought was missing the O-Rings for it, so they had a misc box in the back with all different sized O-Rings for replacements. No extra charge since it was previously missing from the manufacturer. read more

Bryan provided exceptional assistance to us and exceeded our expectations. We had been struggling trying to replace the windshield wipers on my Audi A4. We came to this location because it is where we initially got our replacement wipers but they were a wrong fit. Not only was Bryan patient and tended to our needs, he was able to figure out a way to replace my worn out windshield wipers and problem solved. I just had one of the most wonderful shopping experiences ever today. My car battery was dying and had so much corrosion on it. They had this wonderful computer pad near the battery rack where I easily found the right one for my car. After I had purchased it with the lithium grease for the terminals, Carlos, one of the associates, changed it out for me for free. That was so nice of him!! I wound up buying a battery tester and a charger from them today too. Excellent competitive prices! You guys are the best! read more

I purchased a radiator from them and it was not the correct one. I took the radiator back and had my money returned to the card I used. Seemed to be simple enough. I went to their competitor to see if they had the correct one and they did. I checked my account to see if they returned the money since it had been about 24 hours, It was not. Out of curiosity I call the store to understand their policy of returning money back to people's account. The branch manager said it would take 2-3 days and it's mostly because of the banks, this is their policy and their is nothing they can do about it. So this one is more for O'reilly Auto Parts return policy, and just to share with them that other reputable organizations have the money back in your account almost just as fast as you took it out. I've even had a person return my money who used one of those phone swipe payment devices at a trade show. So if a small business vendor can keep up with todays technology and show in my account that their is a pending transfer balance returning, It would be O'reilly's decision to keep peoples money and not the bank as the store manager seemed explain it to me. Even on a Sunday it can be done. Shame on you O'reilly for stealing my money, even if it's for a few days. Auto Zone, here I come to get my radiator (business). read more
