I recently had Robert and his crew do a brake job for me on my Superduty. I supplied some…read moreaftermarket pads that I like to use and he put them on with the complete brake job. After a couple weeks, they started to squeak pretty bad so I took it back in. Even though they were not the pads that he supplied, he replaced the pads, resurfaced the rotors, and did not charge me a penny for labor or material. That says a lot about their integrity, and I am very thankful to have a mechanic like that. Service was same day, no questions asked.

This is my first time EVER reviewing an auto repair shop, however it is beyond well deserved…read more Ladies, if you are sick and tired of having to take a husband, boyfriend, brother, or male friend along to get an estimate for repair, then this is the auto shop for you. My best friend sent me to get my transmission flushed here, after her great experience. She told me he was honest, polite, had great prices, and fantastic customer service. He was all of that and more. The first thing I noticed about his shop, was how clean and organized he kept it. That actually sold me because I think an ordered shop, equals an ordered mind. My office is about 3 miles from his shop and he offered car service to pick me up once my car was ready. That was very helpful and I appreciated the extra service. I have a vintage Mercedes that I plan to drive until the wheels fall off. If you have an older car, you know how hard it is to find parts. Roy is resourceful and has many resources to find parts for older cars. He has fixed/replaced my heat, A/C, transmission, catalytic converter and a few odds and ends. Each service was reasonably priced and certainly less than other quotes I received from mechanics that see a woman customer, as an endless ATM machine. I am very happy I found Colima Transmission. I almost hate to share this information, but it would not be fair to Roy. So that's my review, you wont be disappointed ;)

It was due to a bad transmission that I had got from a resale vendor back east when they installed the transmission it had put out a fault that said the trans was no good. I ordered a new trans from Auto Zone and it had taken some time to come in so they let me keep the car at their shop. The trans was ordered on the Dec.31st and had come in on the 25th of Jan and was installed on the 27th and I was able to pick my car up today on the 28th that is what I call EXCELLENT service. I will take all my vehicles to them for as long as I am driving.

Brian's also have found things like a leaking radiator that was covered under my warranty while I was just there for an oil change. I was recently just into Brian's for an oil change and did not have a ride home so Rob new I would be waiting at the restaurant across the street, so he got it done quickly, which I very much appreciated. Rob is great and fun to chat with as well. I also enjoy the newsletter they send out with coupons, recipes (that I have tried and loved) etc. I highly recommend Brian's Automotive.
