Brian's also have found things like a leaking radiator that was covered under my warranty while I was just there for an oil change. I was recently just into Brian's for an oil change and did not have a ride home so Rob new I would be waiting at the restaurant across the street, so he got it done quickly, which I very much appreciated. Just checked my car in via tow truck & asked how soon it can be diagnosed and receptionist cannot give me a ballpark, which could be by end of day. So I gave a simple instruction to call before they touch my car and walked accross the street to Andy's burger. Made another call to another auto shop and advised they can diagnose my car right away. Since I did not receive a call yet from Brian's Auto receptionist, I placed a second call for tow with AAA. As soon as I got done with the call I was back to Brian's Auto to get my keys and they already opened the hood of my car and tech already had my car key at the back. So I got upset that the receptionist did not follow a simple instruction to call me first as their diagnostic would've easily cost me $180.00! The receptionist was so rude and demeaning and he didn't even want to listen to me. I asked for the owner and same, the guy wasn't listening. Simple instruction and communication would've avoided more stress on top of the stress having a car problem to say the least. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I do not recommend this place at all. read more

I wasn't actually even a customer at this establishment, but I got a flat tire about two blocks away. I stopped by this place because I just wanted to know where the nearest AutoZone or O'Reilly's was so I could buy a Jack and lug because I was stranded without it. The mechanic working in the hangar offered me one of his floor jacks and allowed me to take it on my honor and return it at a later time. I walked it two blocks back to my car, changed the tire out, and returned it. That little act of kindness saved me. I can't say much about this business because I wasn't necessarily a customer, but I can tell you about this gesture of goodwill and how much it speaks volumes about the people working here. I read the other reviews, and decided to make the appointment and to have a one hour diagnostic run on the car (had some fluttering). Rob, working the desk, called about an hour and half later with a breakdown of the diagnosis, and my options. He was thorough and professional. We had just moved our son out of his dorm room and were headed back to Arizona when our car basically died on I-10 passing through Ontario. We had it towed to Brian's at the recommendation of AAA. We were treated with the utmost respect and compassion - even provided a restaurant recommendation for take out food that we ate in their lobby while we waited for our car. I just don't have the time to post on mid level reviews, and I apologize for that. So please read this one if you are in need of auto service! This shop has completely exceeded my expectations of a repair shop. I was referred here by a past client in which my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado truck needed lots of work. So here's my straight forward review. Upon my initial appointment, I was greeted by Brian and his service writer. The office interior was well maintained and clean. Proper information was asked and provided and a full walk-thru of my vehicle was performed. ALL items of repairs were discussed and recommendations made. Honest ones too! From what I could see, the shop has 4 bays that service 2 cars each. I took note that the staff were neatly dressed in uniforms and the shop was pretty much immaculate. Seems to me that they have lots of high end equipment and tools as well. I was provided with an estimate that seemed very reasonable along with a time frame for completion. My truck needed a replacement of a turbo for the diesel, upper ball joints, alternator, transmission flush, brake lines, full service such as oil filter etc.. When I arrived at my office, I had received an introduction email along with a web login and vehicle information status that I was able to follow. I know this may sound minimal to you, but I have several high end Mercedes and Lexus vehicles in which I don't even get information from the dealerships for service intervals. The work was completed upon the given time frame and upon arrival I was provided with full knowledge and a complete walk around of what was completed including future recommendations. Upon my return home, I was again greeted by a thank you email that when you login shows a full history of what was completed, when next services are due etc. This makes it super easy to review, keep receipts and to know when my next service is due. Plus should something fail, I don't have to search for a repair folder to find a warranty receipt. Best of all, the truck was delivered clean, no scratches, no dents, no grease or oil stains. As a consumer like you, I truly recommend Brian's Auto Repair as they were knowledgeable, expressed concern and the signs of integrity, honesty, cleanliness and the quality of work performed exceeded my expectations. I plan to service the remaining vehicles that I have at their facility. I am 100% impressed with their service and would recommend anyone requiring service to visit this repair shop. Well to my surprise, my car was in GREAT condition and just needed a few little repairs. From the dealerships perspective, my car was going to tank me financially! ATTENTION VEHICLE OWNERS.....I have struggled for years to find an Automotive Repair Shop where there are TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE. Well... I have found the place....and if you are willing to take the time to read this review...then here goes. I am the proud owner of an 07' Chevy Silverado. A few months ago...I started hearing whining noise from what I thought was the Transmission...Oh...the horror and worry... thought of big bucks repair. I went to a few Transmission Shops and they said for sure it was the Tranny...repair estimates up to $3500.00...they were ready to tear down my trans and stick me with the Bill. In frustration...I asked my TRUSTED Tire Store ...Leininger & Short in Ontario CA about where to take my truck for an analysis. They said with assuredness..BRIAN'S AUTOMOTIVE in ONTARIO was the ONLY place to go. I went to BRIAN'S and thank GOD I did. With such kindness and calm...BRIAN had a listen with his stethoscope and said.."dont worry...it is only the Alternator that is making the whining sound through your entire drivetrain.... your Transmission is fine. I was SO relieved. They replaced the Alternator in less than an hour, and I was on my way in a now very quiet running truck for a very reasonable price...part and labor. Two weeks later...the battery on my truck was dying....bought a new battery...took it to BRIAN'S...in less than an hour...they installed the battery, cleaned everything around where the battery was mounted...again...a small cost and a HIGH QUALITY repair. Next the Brakes went out, Calipers were sticking....I bought the parts..installed them and tried to bleed the brakes myself....bad move..Towed the truck to BRIAN'S...... again they took care of everything with no hassles and got me out the door for low cost and confidence that my brakes were now in top condition.....they shared info with me that any vehicle with ABS cannot be done without the proper equipment, computer, correct amount of technicians. I have to give BRIAN'S AUTOMOTIVE 10 out of 5 stars..these guys are LEGIT. Husbands..take notice...you can send your wife to BRIAN'S by herself and BRIAN will make sure that everything is done with trust...correctly...and with care.... which means there are NO RIP OFFS, your wife's vehicle will be safe and in good hands. I have heard frightful stories of Auto Repair Shops taking advantage of ladies or wives when repairs are needed...again...BRIAN'S is TOTALLY LEGIT AND TRUSTWORTHY.
