They made every effort to customize to my wishes and when presented with an earlier interment date they completed and installed on time as they said they would. WHICH WAS AGAINST their rules of the cemetery. Becky had the nerve to tell me that at one point they put a stone in a cemetery without Hebrew text on it and the cemetery refused the stone. THE POOR FAMILY had to PAY the EXTRA cost of re-doing the stone. THESE PPL ARE CROOKS AND LIARS. Becky would take months just to respond to one email. Tammy provided us a stone that was NOT what we talked about or what was promised. This was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience.
