Insurance deemed the crowns unnecessary so I was on the hook for another $1020.50. I asked if they could write at least part of it off and was told the could not. I ask for one of the dentists to call me and never received a phone call. I am on a fixed income so the extra is a struggle. I have been paying them $50 a month and rodat I got a past due notice. The last time I received a bill was in August. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are willing to be scammed!

The younger twin has an eye tooth growing in at a 10 to 4 position (just like his dad, same side also!) and the older twin has an underbite. The team is very calm and collected, and treat the boys like a human. They address their concerns directly to them, and to the parent as well. There isn't enough good that could be said about Dr. Cole Weaver. Because of my younger twin needing special assistance with his procedure,he recommended me to yet another fantastic Dr. that deals with it. Overall, I have been highly impressed with the whole team. He communicates the plan clearly, but also is very upfront when a result cannot be guaranteed and about the risks of different treatment options. I have seen multiple orthodontists over the years and Dr Timock's compassion and bedside manner is beyond compare. His humor and understanding are just wonderful. I used to hate going to any dentist or ortho appointment, but I always have a great experience here! It's fun listening to him joke with kids in the clinic, so I recommend him for both children and adult patients. Most importantly to me, Dr Timock allows me to have a voice in my treatment plan and actually considers my goals and wishes, which has not been my experience with most of my other doctors in all areas of healthcare. This means more than I can express. When I first came to Dr T, I had zero expectations that the problems with my teeth and beyond would be able to be fixed, as was repeatedly discussed with him and other orthodontic professionals. Two years later, I'm amazed at the progress we have already made. He's a brilliant doctor willing to take risks (if the patient is comfortable, and he explains the risks very clearly in a way you can understand) and definitely knows what he's doing.
