The shelves are nicely organized so it was fun to peruse each one to see if there was something that caught my eye! While I left without treasures, that's just part of the game. Our visit here was the second week of August and it was quite hot! Not warm, but hot. It is not air conditioned so be prepared to shop with something to cool you down while you browse. There is a large fan near the entrance but it cannot circulate the air in the back. This is the only downfall, but you will enjoy looking at all the place has to offer! Like most places it is sectioned off by each vendor renting the space. Even with my handy fan in my hand I sweated profusely through as many sections that I could before we had to take off to the Sequoia's. I found some great fun finds to bring home with me. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I would definitely make a stop again when passing by!

The moment we walked in, we encounter weird stares from the man and woman behind the counter. Like they were suspicious of us. They never took their eyes off of us. Our daughter found 2 stuffed animals that she wanted and I found a teapot. My husband took the teapot to the counter. Our daughter (15) was hugging the the stuffed animals as she was trying to talk her dad into buying them. We finally agreed to let her get them when the guy walked up to us and said that he had been watching us on the cameras. He asked her to give him the stuffed animals. We told him that we were going to buy them but he kept insisting that she hand them over. It was a very weird experience. Very uncomfortable. I told him, I guess we look like hoodlems to you...paid him $97 to be treated like criminals. We'll never go there again.

I realize as the years roll on it is harder to find genuinely vintage or antique things, but I still quickly pass booths that have fairly new merch. I was a little surprised at some of the prices, but I guess that's just life these days: more expensive. Sorta regret not buying the Schiaparelli scarf I saw there. Enjoyed seeing the number of hats on display. Thought the vintage clothes were also pretty pricey as well. It's not necessarily a place I'd go out of my way to see, but fine to kill an hour or two on a rainy day.
