Everyone here is so nice and considerate. They push you but not farther than you're able to go. They just want to get you back to where you need to be. I really appreciate everyone and it is a joint effort at Optimal Rehab Physical. Everyone pitches in with your rehabilitation process. This place is amazing. I had a back injury at work and was told it would be a while before I was back. These girls were able to absolutely crush my therapy and get me on track to get back to work early. The way they work is very particular but they know exactly what they are doing. They are extremely smart. Their personalities were unexpected in a good way. they were very welcoming and it seems like they can work amazing with any personality. Since I had valued the excellent physical therapy which I had received in the past at Optimal Physical Therapy, I requested that my physician refer me there for lumbar issues which were contributing to balance/ gait issues and hip and knee pain. When I went for the first visit, Lindsay Young P.T. seemed to conduct an excellent and thorough evaluation. During the second visit, she briefly worked with me. In the third and fourth visits, I only had contact with the physical therapy assistants who are excellent there. However, immediately following the fourth visit I had severe swelling and pain to my knee requiring medical intervention by my primary care physician and an orthopedic surgeon. Their evaluation for the severe swelling included an ultrasound and x-ray. Although I might have sustained the same type of injury at any other physical therapy clinic, the lack of care by Ms. Young and her unwillingness to directly participate in my future care was extremely disturbing. According to her, she had no plans to reassess my condition at the next visit or provide any direct care in the remaining eight visits. Rather than providing care to me, she planned to only have the assistants provide the treatment in the remaining sessions. Although I had been a client there at various times for six years, it was shocking that she had no commitment towards providing me with treatment. If I wanted to simply do exercises without professional supervision, I could have gone to a gym with a trainer. I do not know why the marked decline in treatment, but Optimal Physical Therapy had changed drastically, unfortunately for the worse. read more

I absolutely love Optimal Rehab. The staff is wonderful and helpful. I have Myra as my physical therapist and she is the best. I've seen Brian and Lindsay in action and they're great too but Myra is my favorite. Myra is patient, calm, knows her stuff. She cheers you on, challenges you but isn't a drill Sargent or push you beyond what your body can do. I'm sad that I'm almost finished with the therapy but incredibly happy with my progress. She's helped me build my strength up after my surgery and has given me the tools to keep succeeding. Plus she's bilingual for those needing someone who speaks Spanish. Myra had been well taught during her training and is very knowledgeable. The aids here are just as important and wonderful. MJ is your hype girl that just makes you feel like you can do anything. I haven't had any issues with the billing as someone previously mentioned they did. The facility has a good range of appts that definitely helps with my work schedule. My experience at Optimal Rehab Physical Therapy has been entirely positive. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Brian and Natalie and they guided me through strengthening exercises to help with my arthritic knee. The exercises differed a bit from visit to visit, focusing on different areas, and I never got bored. I could work as hard as I liked and appreciated that each exercise worked different muscle groups. When my husband asked me how physical therapy was going, I said it was fun. During that period, they had a pumpkin carving contest where all the patients voted on the best pumpkin and they wore costumes for Halloween, making it fun for everyone. I was surprised that after only 4 weeks, I felt stronger. read more

I have had a fair amount of PT throughout the past 25 years and I've never had a complaint about any of the facilities or therapists. Apparently I just didn't know what a difference it could make when someone really listens to you and takes the time to dig a little deeper. Lindsay is that therapist and she literally digs! Hands down the best PT I've ever experienced and I highly recommend her, as well as the rest of the staff. I went there a few times and really liked my Physical Therapist. Unfortunately (for me) she went on a vacation that was planned. She had made a follow up appointment upon her return and I lost the card while moving. The one star, No one answers the phone, I have called several times at different hours to try and confirm when I thought the appointment was. I left messages on the voicemail and never received a call back. I find it very unprofessional not to answer the phone or even return a call and not the way to run a business. I finally gave up trying to reach them, I did not want to have to leave work early and waste time /gas to drive there to see if the place is still open. read more

The staff at Optimal Rehab were phenomenal. Araceli at the front desk was always smiling and very welcoming throughout the visits. Sarah was extremely helpful in correcting my form to maximize the results of my therapy and offered valuable wisdom throughout our sessions. Susan was extremely knowledgeable in the mechanics of my arm and the methods in which to treat and correct my injury. And Anita was always lighthearted and worked very hard to help me maintain my active lifestyle while making everyone laugh. These ladies made an experience I did not want to take part in into something I looked forward to every week. The staff at Optimal Fitness are personable, considerate, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable while offering a comfortable environment where I learned a variety of exercises, customized to strengthen my core and rid me of my debilitating sciatic nerve pain. While they keep their state of the art equipment clean, even between clients, they take the time and are willing to share their wealth of knowledge, even to the extent of explaining the science behind my regimen of exercises. With the physical therapist, I was also able to discuss and learn some of the finer points of biosignaling and gated ion channels, whereas with my personal trainer, I learned that he was imperturbable and wise beyond his years even after holding several dialectics. Because the faculty demonstrates high quality of care, professionalism, and personal expressions of integrity, as well as the things listed, and not listed, I highly recommend Optimal Rehab as the place to help your body heal.
