I knew I had to reconnect with our old therapist, Daniel Sterdt, who is AMAZING, kind, & has been a God sent for years. It had to be Daniel! I was taken a back by his new home at Edgewood, as their facility is so warm, calm and comforting (I love the free gourmet coffee as an added bonus)! I popped in to check out the lobby at another location and the candles burning were horrible. Other than him, this place has the worst staff I have ever come across in any professional medical office. The receptionists never answer the phone so it's near impossible to schedule any appointments or get information. If you are lucky enough to get a hold of someone, hope it isn't Diane. The other receptionists are pretty incompetent as well since they consistently provide incorrect information regarding insurance so make sure to do your own research before contacting them for an appointment! Amanda Twait is very unprofessional and frankly, a liar. My husband went to see this woman thinking she could actually help him, but after having a severe reaction to the medication she prescribed him he consulted another doctor for a second opinion and was recommended a different treatment. He decided to try this route since the medication Amanda prescribed him was making his panic attacks worse and even discussed it with her before taking it. Amanda told my husband that if this other treatment works for him then he should do it and reach out to her if it doesnt help or he needed anything. After that she cancelled all his scheduled appointments and wouldn't return any of his phone calls and after finally getting a hold of the receptionist he was told that he couldn't see any of the providers there. After my husband filed a complaint with our insurance provider, she sent a BACKDATED letter to him after weeks of not getting back to my husband stating that she wouldn't see him because of his "noncompliance with treatment" when she TOLD him that he should go with any treatment option that works for him even if it isn't with the medication she prescribed to him! I am DISGUSTED by her blatantly lying to him and our insurance company. It's disturbing to me when providers take advantage of patients and insurance companies to make themselves look like they've done nothing wrong. It's sickening to know she would easily turn her back on patients in need when there's people who are suicidal and could easily kill themselves if they feel like no one cares about them. Whatever you do DO NOT SEE AMANDA TWAIT. If you bother going through the hassle of making an appointment, see John Jauch who is a great counselor (and make sure to schedule follow up appointments directly with him). Otherwise this place and people are not worth the headache. You'd think being in the behavioral health field they would actually understand how to appropriately treat people in need of help.

He said my appendix had ruptured and there was a lot of bacteri, infection and inflammation that needed to be taken care of before even thinking about surgery! I asked him to take the appendix out before I go home and he said Noooo! Let's wait for everything to heal! He was incredibly patient and gave me lots of information! His bedside mannerisms were impeccable! Whenever we visited him in his office he always shook both my husband's and my hands! I felt extremely relaxed and knew he was the best surgeon I could have asked for! My appendectomy was on August 4th and I have absolutely no issues at all! I highly speak of dr Nikesh Lath and would recommend him wholeheartily! Thank you Dr Nikesh for saving me!!!!

I spent 13 hrs. in the ER waiting to be seen by the doctor. I was having chest pains and shortness…read moreof breath. I was evaluated pretty quickly. It included blood pressure, EKG, blood work, urinalysis, etc. This ruled out a life-threatening emergency . I was reevaluated every few hrs or so. At that point, I could have left since a heart attack was ruled out, or I'm sure I would have received immediate care. A triage nurse has extra training in emergency evaluations. I was seen by the doctor after 14 hrs. of waiting and then admitted for two days. This is just my opinion. I think a lot of the people in the ER could have gone to an urgent care or waited to see their doctor the next day. Some people did leave. I guess they decided they weren't that sick. The wait time is ridiculous, but what can the hospital and staff do when people keep coming in. There are also ambulances coming in as well. The staff did their best to make people as comfortable as possible. In my opinion the staff work very hard to take care of the patients. I don't know what the solution is, but I do know it's people much higher up that need to fix the problem . It's sure not the staff.

Billing department is terrible, this is the second time my secondary health insurance sent money to…read morethem and they left it un cashed, they will not even let me get the medicine refilled, something needs to change in their billing department, this is ridiculous

EDIT: In retaliation to posting this review, the clinic dropped me as a patient because I called…read morethem out when they failed to do their job continuously. The issue was not medicine being in in stock BUT the prescription not even being sent into the pharmacy. Rather than apologize and actively remediate the problem, they dismissed me. If you are currently a patient, please leave and if you are looking at this clinic for your mental healthcare needs, do yourself a favor and save your self the headache. Please avoid this practice if possible. I have been with this practice for 6 months and see Amanda/Chime. I have to repeatedly follow up after my appointment to even get them to send in the prescription to the pharmacy. For reference: December - Followed up 1 time, prescription sent in 6 days later after appt. January - Follow up 5 times, prescription sent in 7 days after appt. February - Followed up 3 times, prescription sent in 2 days after appt. March - Followed up 3 times, prescription still has not been sent in 2 days after appointment
