We left it with them for a week and it turned out to be a bit of fabric caught in the teeth. So they were able to fix the zipper. Final cost:$15. But here's where they went above and beyond. Now, I'm 51 years old, but I felt like my Nan was talking to me and getting on me when I was a young man, lol. When she finished getting every pair measured, she told me take them off carefully and bring them to her. I knew it was the week before Thanksgiving and I wasn't really in a hurry for them, I asked her how long should I expect before getting my pants back? A week, two weeks? Her reply, "When I send you a text that they're ready, you can come get them." Now, this wasn't said in a mean way, just very matter-of-fact like. I thanked her and just waited for her text.
