If I could leave a zero star review we would. On the first try the suit pants were an inch or two long. They reordered pants that made my husband look like Jared from subway, in a bad way. The next pair came with legs that were 3 inches in length different and the waist was 2 sizes to big even with the adjuster. Ms B is the shining star, and saved the day, but honestly I wouldn't trust these people for anything. Look somewhere else to save your wedding party the same struggles. read more

My fiancé and I came in the other day to get him a wedding suit and they found him the right size pants, ordered him the right size jacket, and gave us 20% off even when I couldn't find my coupon lol. Very disappointed in the service. Walked in 3 guys at the registers just talked and ignored as we stood there. I walked to the back because it was just a pickup. The gentleman in the back told us we have to go up to the guys at the registers. By that time. The two registers had customers and the third guy just stood there watching the other customers in the store. Finally, one register opened up. The third guy not doing anything asked if I needed something. I said I was there to pick up a tuxedo. He took the name and walked to the back of the store. Two young attractive women were shopping. He went over to them and asked if he could help them. He helped them and took them up to the register. I asked if I need to go somewhere to get the tux. He told me it's in the back of the store. Lol. After helping my son try on his tux. We think it fits. We did not get offered any help. We love men's warehouse. I will not go back to Hamilton Tennessee. I as a mom of the groom have never been more disappointed in a company than at this establishment! This was supposed to be a special time for my son and his groomsmen who spent so much money to rent their stuff and everyone's stuff was all wrong multiple times and day before wedding one of their shirts still didn't fit nor shoes and had to run out and buy shoes at last minute! Their employees have all been rude and just didn't act like this was a special occasion! Word of mouth goes a long ways! I encourage the public to never use this company! read more

Don't come here. They do a sign in sheet where you have to wait. They only have a couple of people that wait on you so you have to wait a while. You can't look around the store until you get called on. We waited over 30 minutes to wait and after that, they didn't even have what we wanted. So once again, don't come here. They didn't care when we complained about it, all they care about is getting your money. DONT COME HERE AT ANY COST. You can get better deals somewhere else. read more

The most seamless, pain-free retail experience I've ever had! Coming in town for a black tie optional wedding, my fiancé realized he had left his tuxedo back home so we had no other option but to run in for a suit just for the night. Daniel immediately took care of us and made miracles happen! We ended up with a new suit (with alterations!), 3 new shirts and 2 ties - all in under 20 minutes! If you want to rent a tux don't expect to get any notification when it comes in. Also don't expect what you rented to fit for your occasion.

Went to men's wear house for suit rentals for my wedding. I showed the employees a picture of the style of suit I wanted and how I liked the tapered around the ankle. I was told that the suits we ordered were not baggy at all and would be a slimmer look and if it was not what we were looking for then any alterations could be made that day in store. When the groomsmen showed up to try on the suits they were EXTREMELY baggy and looked like it came from the 90's. When we asked how the pants could be altered they said they couldn't do anything about it. DESPITE TELLING ME THEY COULD MONTHS PRIOR. One of the grooms men's pants were so long they went past his feet. This people lie and their suits suck! DO NOT waste your money with these fools. read more

There is a middle aged gentleman that works here with glasses that is extremely rude. If you are doing business here avoid him at all costs.

This location is INCREDIBLE! My brother was suppose to be in a wedding that was cancelled last minute - we casually mentioned that when returning his suit and the employee there told us to wait because he wanted to see if he could get us a partial refund. After speaking with the assistant manager, who was so nice, he gave us a full refund! We didn't expect to get any money back at all and after the worst weekend this was the kindest thing to happen. You guys have gotten two very loyal future customers and I will be singing your praises to everyone who could possibly need your services. Empathy and kindness is the best way to build your customer loyalty!! read more

If I could leave no stars, I would. I went with my son to look for something for his wedding. The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. This was discovered in less than five minutes. My son didn't have the chance to try anything on to see what he liked. I would definitely not recommend coming to this store. read more

I needed to have my son dressed head-to-toe for a semi-formal that was taking place in a week. Being a woman, I am not knowledgeable about men's clothing. The young man who helped us was excellent! He listened well, led us right to the perfect choices, saved us a significant amount of money, had excellent taste, made wise suggestions, knew his business, answers all my questions without making me feel stupid, had the pants hemmed in 15 minutes and informed us of their great follow up care program! I hate to shop but he made the experience painless. I liked that the store was not located in Hamilton Place Mall making it an easy acess, quick in and out. I went in to get some professional clothes for my boyfriend. First time in store. When I walked in the lady at the front desk asked what I needed and then completely ignored me. Nobody offered direction or help as I looked around. It was a very uncomfortable experience. read more

The store was a little busy and the associates had a hard time keeping up with customers; however, the manager was extremely hands on and made sure no one was left unattended. We needed to buy three suits and we found the customer service to be excellent. They are very willing to work with you to make sure you are satisfied. I've rented 16 tuxes from Men's warehouse over the years, and 3 of them were from the Hamilton location in Chattanooga this summer. Each experience was more miserable than the last. The associates were nice enough, but none of them were smiling the way associates might usually smile, even if it was just to put on a good face for the customer. When I checked out the dark haired, middle aged woman in the could not have been more dismissive. Turns out she was the manager, and the chips started falling into place. She was not just not smiling, she was flat out dead-eyeing me and every other person in the store, employee or customer. She just looked like she wanted to tear someone's head off. Our conversation at my checkout went something like: Me: How are you today? It sure is hot out there. Her (looking down): Fine. Your balance is $152. So, I paid quickly and got out of there thinking "wow, sorry to have inconveienced you by trying to make conversation. Note, it was not busy. There might have been 3 other customers in the store, and each of them was being taken care of by an associate. My second visit wasn't so pleasant. I went to pick up my tux on my way out of town, and arrived bout 2 minutes after they opened. The same dark haired manager was there, and took care of me with no associates this time. She was scrambling to open the store still, and was visibly frustrated that I was in so early in her work day. I didn't try to make any conversation this time. Just tried on my tux, paid, and left. The kicker was she made the comment "do you ever get to be in a wedding that isn't someone elses?" I'm all for sarcasm, but my god, she's supposed to be a professional, not my buddy at the bar. The 3rd rental was done out of town, but the return was made in town. I returned the tux and without getting into any more details because I'm tired of typing this review for a store I'll never visit again, she was, once again, dismissive and rude. When her associate asked for the keys to get into the cash register, she looked at me with absolute disdain for paying in cash for my late fee. I apologized and explained that I had been out of town, and nowhere near a men's warehouse on the day before (Sunday) and couldn't get it back in time. She didn't say a word. I paid my fee and bolted out of there, leaving behind that shop for good. I just feel bad for the employees that have to work for her every day. No doubt they all know what kind of a manager she is, but like the other review said, this woman has no interest in being professional. She had a pretty absurdly low-cut, frilled shirt on each time I was in there, so I got the impression that she was ready to do some flirting with the (older) male customers too. One thing is for sure, she has no interest in making the average customer (esp the younger ones or females) feel welcome. I hope her employees see this review and understand that there's a good chance that every single customer who comes in there feels sorry for what they have to put up with to take home what is probably a fairly meager paycheck. I wish them all the best of luck, and advise the rest of you to choose the location inside the Hamilton Mall across the parking lot from this location. read more
