My health decreased badly and I had to move home 7 hours away after my 5 lung surgeries 1 complete sinus surgery all in the same year. I gave the proper notification etc. The barn manager helped me load my trailer. After I left several months later. A friend informed me that the owner accused me of stealing a bridle rack that was made out of my geldings horse shoes. The barn manager is the 1 who took it off the wall and put it in my trailer. I tried to contact the barn owner to send him a new bridle rack because I didn't want any hard feelings. He would not answer my call, text or emails. The barn owner has a bad habit of talking bad about people after they leave. Then saying they are not welcome back. I know if several other boarders he has done this to.

The one we had was amazing, and made my vacation incredible by taking a lot of stress off of my wife and I by helping with our small children. Yes, the nanny's themselves are great. The issue is with the company itself. When you book a nanny, you pay in advance for the amount of hours and days you want to have a nanny with you. However, the company does not track the time your nanny is with you on your vacation, and does not inform you when you're going over the time you prepaid for. Instead, they just allow the nanny to stay with you, without informing you that her prepaid time is up, and charge your credit card the next day for that extra time. They have no method of tracking or alerting you, which can easily cause you to go over your time and incur extra charges. The nanny's themselves are keeping track of their time, for their payroll, so it is very easy for them to inform their families about their prepaid time ending. However the company doesn't train them to do so, and frankly doesn't care to. When we complained about this, their response was that they put it in the contract we signed, so we were aware of it already. However, they made no effort to point this little tidbit out. They sent us the contract and asked us to sign it, that was all. We glanced over the contract, but did not read it thoroughly line by line, so we weren't aware that it was in there. And by not pointing it out to us, it makes me feel like they screwed us over, and don't really care about it. They also made sure to tell us that 86% of their customers go over their prepaid time, and only 2 families were angry about it. However, this makes me wonder whether or not more of that 86% were angry, but didn't bother saying anything to them about it because the company would refuse to care about them, as they have shown me that they don't care. Bottom line, look for a different company that won't hide important information in a contract and "conveniently" forget to point it out to you, expecting you to just know it's there. There are several other nanny companies out there that I'm sure would treat their customers better, so go with someone else.
