We went to the bathroom which has air conditioning that is crisp and cool. Afterward we noticed that all rides were open and working. Had a great time on each of them, except Massiv. We were waiting in line for approximately 1 hr and 1/2 because the rides water shut off several times. This adds to the wait time due to the wait for the water to start back up again, and to have a park member test the ride to ensure it's safe. We did eventually get to ride Massiv, but only once because of the issues, and the line wasn't even halfway long. Besides Massiv having problems, I left a four star because the lazy and torrent river eventually had so many extra floats it was a nightmare for everyone. It was one thing everyone was commenting negatively on. If possible, lifeguards could call people out for abandoning their floats or not bringing them back where they're meant to be.

For a family of 5 the price was $44 as a non resident. There is a 2ft deep kiddie play area with its own mini water slide and plenty of lifeguards to reassure the children are safe. There's a nice lazy river not too large but a decent size at 3-4 feet deep. There are 2 big water slides you have to climb stairs to go up! It's pretty awesome I've rode both slides and they're super fun! There's a place to buy snacks and drinks (cash only) you can pay to enter the park with tap to pay or card payment. There are picnic table areas and next door a nice huge park. This is ideal for families, very relaxing, fun music played which creates a summer feel atmosphere. Definitely recommend visiting for families with small children!

At Fireside, our server Kennedy seemed irritated and rushed, and we repeatedly had to track her down for basic service. She had to wait while the rest of us finished eating, and by the time we got someone's attention, the other food locations had closed, leaving her without a meal. Guest Relations offered bowling and mini golf as compensation, but there were less than 30 minutes left to use them. We tried bowling anyway, only to have balls get stuck and pins become tangled repeatedly. We had to find an employee around 8 times before giving up. Our room also repeatedly became extremely hot even after adjusting the thermostat, making it difficult to get comfortable or sleep. Even the children's water area had issues. Glass was brought into the area and broken, causing it to temporarily close. We also experienced inconsistent enforcement of the children's area rules. When a lifeguard in orange Elijah would hold the door for children to escape then cornered my 2 year old daughter shaming her for doing what every other kid was doing playing in the water at the bottom of the slide. Overall, we spent far too much of our trip trying to find employees, deal with broken amenities, and get basic issues addressed. For the price, I expected much better customer service, working amenities, and a comfortable room. Unfortunately, the water park was the only part of the experience that lived up to our expectations.

Like the other reviewers stated, half the lagoon was closed and unavailable to the public. You could use the beach chairs, but no access to the water unless you walk to the other end of the property. At that price point you'd be better off finding a friend with a pool or an apartment pool and just going there. seats with umbrellas are limited unless you get there within the first 30 minutes of opening and the ones that are next to the water entrance are overcrowded with parents and children. I guess the appeal is way more for adults who have children and like to drink in front of them. The water course gets full and you have to sign up hour (s) in advance and the bumper boat area is small. In my opinion, they need quite a few things to feel like your $25 was worth something. Umbrellas for every pair of chairs would be a great start, or tables for the lounge chairs, and few extra attendants to run food and drinks. Overall, this is an overpriced pool that I would not back to without upgrades.

We informed management thy we drove from New Orleans and had anticipated the Lagoon and they said we are sorry its closed due to maintenance. Other than that the food was good and my kids had a blast in the obstacle course. They refunded our admission for our party and accommodated us with a cabana.

It was my first time going to a waterpark since I was like 15 years old, so I was a bit excited I must say! It was 21 and up which was even sweeter! ( should've been 30 and up), but it was fun! There were several rides that were open, the lazy river was open and there were shows that were performed throughout the night. Drinks, food and lockers were available too. I had a blast and I'll definitely attend the a future event.
