Gina sent us the application form and set up a meeting with the owner of the house. There was a lot of paperwork involved and I was amazed at the speed in which Gina had everything sent to us. I found her to be competent, friendly, knowledgeable and very tactful in how she handled everything.

Working with Breana Mahami at Sutton Summit has unfortunately caused quite a bit of stress. She did…read morenot follow through on various marketing efforts, as promised. She didn't follow up with agents who visited my listing as promised. After weeks of her unprofessional tone, lies, contentious attitude towards other realtors who were showing my property, and a complete lack of work ethic on her part, I had to terminate her. It's been 2 days and my listing has yet to be terminated. I visited yesterday in person and met with the owner, Dawid GORSKI who said he would talk to her to get the listing terminated. Well, he didn't get it done. Now my new agent can't put my listing up until she terminated the listing. Now that they're closed for 3 day's for the holidays my listing will hit the market much later than it should have. I hired Breana instead of the several other agents I know because I know she is very money hungry and will do almost anything for money. This was my mistake, I shouldn't have assumed I would be immune to her lack of integrity or values. I was wrong and have learned a very valuable lesson. I regret hiring Breana and I highly recommend finding another agent who will actually work to sell your home, who is honest, who can keep composure with other agents (this was another issue we had). There are so many realtors, save yourself the headache and be careful if you sign anything with her - she is not to be trusted. And the lack of integrity or any attempt at helping move things along by the broker of record, Sabiha or David (owner) just sets the tone for the complete lack of respect for their clients.
