Despite a big upfront payment, Luis continually asked us for more money to "accelerate the work" but we never saw more than incremental progress and long stretches with no work at all. We've now hired a lawyer to try to recover the money we paid for work that was never completed (or in some cases never even started). This has been an incredibly stressful situation over the last year, and has caused our family a major financial loss. I wouldn't wish what we have been through on anyone. The company I was working with is called JD pools who I guess maybe sent these guys out to do a week detection without my permission.I didn't receive a report that states.I have a spa when I do not.You can see in the images from this set report where it says, I have a spa spillover, but do not even have a spa.I had two more pool companies come out for second opinions and said that this report was absolutely false.Then, I was sprung a $550 dollar bill on a service.I never even approved. These two pool companies can hash out their finances and leave me out of it.
