After the technician diagnosed the problem, my appointments were canceled and rescheduled 8 times. The last one showed he came and we weren't home. I was waiting by the front door. It also said the work was completed, even though it said we weren't home. Had to restart the claim through LG. 7 appointments later he still has not come. Today my email notified me he arrived. I was waiting by the front door. Walked outside and no technician. I had put signs up to make sure he knew where to go after all of the missed appointments. He made a note on the invoice that had repeatedly tried to contact me. No missed calls on my phone and my phone number listed on the order is correct as is the address. So a total of 15 appointments scheduled and he only showed up once. Sears appliance service is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I just want the defective part on my brand new fridge repaired!
