The last 2 times I was in there, I was literally followed around and every time I would look at something, even without me even taking it off the rack, the salesperson would ask, "Can I start you a dressing room?" If I've not even pulled it off the rake, that is a very obvious indication that I am not interested in the item. It's so annoying to have someone hanging over my shoulder. He answered many questions, gave us all the information we were looking for and more. He allowed us to take stain samples on wood tiles to our design center to match our future floor stain. He was wonderful to work with! We are told our furniture would be ready in 10-12 weeks and they will safely store it there for us if our house isn't yet finished. I feel confident this will be a good transaction and am very impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture. I also believe the pricing is fair and reasonable.
