I called them off of my insurance's website and they got me into a next day appointment. I arrive and the staff is super friendly and made sure I was comfortable with my experience. Dr. Tran was able to explain everything I had going on in a way I could understand, which was a relief. Alyssa, the hygienist, cleaned my teeth so well! Turned out I had to get a filling, which scared me at first, and was able to get that done while I was there. Dr. Rong and her assistant made my filling process so much easier for me to where I was at ease during the procedure. This will be my forever dental home for as long as I reside in the Triad.

I've not had too much dental repair in a few years, and was pretty content with biannual checkups, so wasn't too happy about needing to return for some dental work that required SHOTS and the usage of lots of their little pointed tools and drills that make noise. Dr. Kommineni and assistant Heather worked as a well oiled team, totally competent and professional and without causing me pain. They kept me in the loop as to what was happening, why, and what to expect.
